We are EON customers and because they were one of the most reasonably priced quotes we decided to go with them for changing from Gas to a heat pump. Fortunately for us they used Cotswold Energy. From the very start we were impressed with their customer service, knowledge, expertise and positive problem solving. The surveyors, Syd and Bronwen were very thorough and managed to come up with a solution to designing us a system that would suit our property without losing valuable storage space and also look good. The team that carried out the installation were also excellent. Harry and Ryan worked incredibly hard. They were able to solve any problems that arose, left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day and were very respectful of us and our property. We're extremely pleased with the heat pump, the radiators and hot water are hotter than we expected and it's really not noisy when running.

Amazing workmen nothing was to much trouble, really efficient tidied everything away. Great care was taken of our property and they answered all of our questions and concerns. Can't praise them enough thanks so much

The company have just completed installation of solar panels and have provided an excellent service. The roofers and electricians were pleasant and polite. Carefully explained all we need to know. We were very pleased with the end result which was neatly installed and they cleared up beautifully. Special thanks to Callum and Dylan who went the extra mile.

When it came to the engineers they did everything with the minimum fuss , I just left them to it came back at the end of the day and it was all done . And this all the way down in Cornwall a long way from their head office .

We had an air source heat pump and associated radiators and plumbing installed in our house. The installation staff were very quick and efficient and always cleared up at the end of each day. They showed us what they had done and explained how the system worked.

Two standouts - truly professional work (the pipework is a thing of beauty) and very personable caring staff. The work was completed on time and the after-sales service has been of an equally high standard. One small suggestion - make sure you ask Cotswold Energy to confirm back to you all the details of your installation (measurements, where the pump and pipes are going etc) and that this information has been passed on to the installation team.
I really recommend Cotswold Energy. They know what they are doing.

Cotswold Energy have just completed a Solar, AHP and full heating upgrade at our property. The engineers were all excellent and provided a high level of workmanship. They were all polite, friendly and took care when working, causing us minimal disruption which was amazing considering the amount of work done. All waste was removed by them. Communication with Jasmine, their operations coordinator was first class throughout the project.

Knowledgeable advice, work completed on time & to budget. Installed ASHP, home battery & Mixergy hot-water tank.
Salespepople did under-estimate the space needed and only allowed for the HW tank itself, so we had to move our drier to another location to fit the various other tanks and pipework but otherwise it was entirely as they described.
We've also had a good after-sales experience.

Starting from David the surveyor who really worked closely with me and understood my mental health issues, to the scaffolds, solar panel specialists, electricians and heating engineers (special mention to Lee Jones who kept us informed all the way through and was great at managing the team) everyone (at one point 9 different men) were very professional and friendly. One of our dogs took exception to one or two of them but they still acted professionally and courteously. The whole team deserve a huge thank you and I would appreciate if Management could thank each and every one of them on our behalf

We had solar panels installed a few months ago and couldn't be happier with how it went. The whole team were very knowledgeable and responsive and the quality of the installation is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Had Solar Panels installed. CE crew were excellent, polite, friendly , helpful. Everything was nicely explained and finished as promised.

In early June 2023 CEG installed an integrated ASHP and PV system with batteries at our property. We obtained quotes from other suppliers, but we selected CEG based on their designs and cost. Throughout the pre-contract phase they took care to understand our needs and aims and worked with us to design and refine the most suitable installation to make the most of the spaces available. The whole job was substantially completed in six working days. We were really impressed by the professionalism, high standard of care, and attention to detail shown by the installers. Throughout they kept us well informed so that we knew exactly what they were doing and when. Most of the radiators had to be upgraded, so there was work in every room in the house, the loft and the garage, but they took care to minimise the impact on us, doing their best to keep disruption and mess to a minimum. They did return later to fine tune the system and sort out some minor snags, but these were rapidly and effectively resolved to our complete satisfaction. The work was completed on time and on budget, and the site was well tidied up at the end.
This project has enabled the gas supply to be totally disconnected.

We remain convinced CEG was the right choice for us and recommend them as a very competent and caring organisation, whose staff are highly skilled, unfailingly polite, and helpful.
