I find ablot of healthy options at very good prices and the meats are top quality. I also love the ready-to-eat meals, which are a lifesaver when I'm in a hurry

Got an offer to renew membership and get a $45 credit on my next purchase if I selected auto renewal. So did that. Arrived at Costco for my "next purchase." It was pointed out that the fine print said it took 2 weeks for the credit to be sent. So it was not my next purchase. Fool me once. So I go back to the fine print. It was put in 2 different places. 1st place said the usual stuff one per family not valid with other offers etc. Then they decided to hide this in another place: that you needed to use only VISA to renew. So the fact the I used a MasterCard means I won't get the credit. Fool me twice. Burying this information in a second place - and making me think I read all the fine print in the first place is a deliberate attempt to deceive and I don't take to doing business with places that deliberately aim to decieve their customers.

what the hell is going on with your online order? how can it be out of service?? what the hell is wrong with you people?? stop giving us excuses and fix the problem.

I don't know what it is about Costco staff, but they're just so incredibly disinterested, bored, miserable and unpleasant.
The stores themselves are poorly layed out with little to know direction and leave you lost and the 60 pounds a year fee isn't exactly generous for a membership you'll end up using a handful of times a year if that.

Très bien, vaste choix. Mais visiblement, certains ne sont pas habitués avec le concept nord-américain. Il faut payer un abonnement (qui est très peu cher en France comparé à ce qu'on retrouve au Canada)... Votre abonnement vous permet de bénéficier de prix de gros et de rentrer dans tout les Costco, même ceux à l'étranger.
