Cuando compras en grandes cantidades alguna tiene que venir mal y aquí fue todo lo contrario todo venía excelente.

La atención del personal

The cashier service was courteous and professional, but Costco is severely understaffed at checkout. Only two regular cashier lanes were open, and both the cashier and self-checkout lines were outrageously long. I waited approximately 30 minutes just to pay for my purchases.
Costco Corporate needs to provide the top-notch customer service its members expect and pay for. With the high volume of shoppers and the amount customers spend in the store, there is no excuse for inadequate checkout staffing during busy evening hours. Costco has the resources to schedule enough cashiers and front-end staff to keep lines moving efficiently.
Waiting 30 minutes or longer to check out is unacceptable and discourages customers from making larger purchases or shopping at Costco at all. Corporate should take this issue seriously, hire and schedule more cashiers, and ensure members receive the efficient service they deserve.

Only used my membership once over a year due to having no petrol forecourt and it being very far from my home. Having read some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive of refunding my membership, but Linda at Costco Chingford immediately understood my under utilisation and made the process pleasant enough to consider Costco again in the future in terms of membership
