I had a great customer experience at the Strongsville Ohio Costco. I was with my son in the optical department getting his contact lenses when the technician that was helping us out of no where asked if she could repair the missing nose pad on my reading glasses. She was so friendly and helpful. I don’t know her name but she has blond hair. Give this girl a raise!!

I ordered something from from Costco in August and as of this state I still have not received it and am receiving nothing but excuses from FedEx Apparently Costco's vender Ecoflo sent my shipment via FedEx Freight and they sent my item from Texas to West Virginia in route to North Idaho. They told me I'd be receiving my shipment on Friday but it never showed up and apparently it's still in Indiana. Now it's telling me I may not get up till Tuesday and they're not even promising it then. This is not customer service this is customer service falling on its face and I cannot recommend FedEx because of this incident.

Costco is great for buying large appliances but make sure you check them before the delivery people leave for dings and scratches. They do double the warranty and have free white glove delivery.

Ordered iPad and keyboard. One order. Paid for expedited delivery. They delivered only a keyboard. Great birthday surprise. They mark the order received. Checked ups and it said it was never delivered to ups. Big birthday downer. Don’t trust Costco. Pay extra for Amazon reliability.

Do not buy MLB ticket vouchers!
Do not buy Yankees ticket vouchers from Costco. I’ve spent 3 days trying to locate the tickets I purchased with the voucher and they just don’t exist. First you receive an email from some company FEVO, then you click on the link and it says login to a Yankees account, but that link comes up with an error. Then it says go to the Ballpark app to retrieve your tickets, which then sends you to Ticketmaster. All one big circle jerk because in the end your tickets are no where to be found. I then did a Google search and this isn’t an isolated incident. And just to top it off the vouchers are non-refunded. 3 days I’ve been dealing with this, 3 days of pure anger that this company sells something so difficult to deal with. This deal is complete garbage stay away, far away from Costco’s BS ticket deals!!!!!

Went on a Tuesday nite to get a membership and shop. Only 2 people working and the line was 15 deep- we waited 15 minutes and not 1 person was completed. Poor service for new members. Not impressed for a 1st experience

Good experience in the Store, all workers are always attending clients and helping costumers with their things.
