Initalliy not impressed order a counter top oven waited patiently and it's somehow stuck in Sheffield im in Scotland different countries guys also no updates as to if its even still being delivered so opened live chat to then be fobbed off with don't worry we'll find it by raveena then she closes the chat with no warning and without asking if it was OK to do so now suddenly all agents are busy and I can't get a reply and chat system seems to be down sorry but that's got my suspicious I'm about an hour a2ay from calling my bank and a lawyer cos I'm sick of this crap

Absolutely disgraceful company, I ordered an ice cream machine from this totally unprofessional company,they have given me the runaround for the last three weeks! They happily took my money and since then I have had excuses after excuses as to why it hasn’t been delivered! “ lost in transit, damaged in transit etc etc. their customer service is non existent every email gets an automated response requiring you to wait 24/48 hours for another automated response! Buyer BEWARE. DONT BUY FROM THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY. Now waiting for a refund which apparently will take a week!

I bought a food processor Sept 2024 and it's been great, until the mixer bowl stopped spinning when grating or mixing pastry dough. I emailed Customer Service July 2025, and within 3 days I received a response and a new mixer bowl without any issue. Next day delivery via Amazon. I am beyond amazed with their customer service. A lot of other businesses could take a leaf out of their book. I am one super happy mixer/baker! Keep up the great customer service. I appreciate you.

I'm delighted with my electric salt and pepper mill. It's a gorgeous looking product and brilliant whilst cooking as I just press the button to get freshly ground salt and pepper. Excellent customer service too - thank you!

Appalling no phone no 30 day return is a load of rubbish they have my £400 machine and want to charge me to send it back to me luckily trading standards have stepped in may take a while but there certain they will get me the refund I deserve

I ordered an ice cream maker & 12 x 1 litre cartons of ice cream mix on Saturday, it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, it wasn’t, it arrived Wednesday but with no ice cream mixture. I phoned customer service who told me I would get it next day, it didn’t arrive, another phone to them resulted in being told that the couldn’t deliver mix as it was damaged in transit, lady said she would send me out another on next day delivery and I would get it Friday, well it didn’t arrive and today is Saturday and when I tracked parcel in dpd, the parcel is on its way to them, so I’m not going to receive it today!, absolute poor customer service, spend your money elsewhere!Edit..spoke to a lovely lady called Sam yesterday, she was most helpful and arranged for me to return ice cream maker, and followed up with a phone call today to say she was dealing with my refund, thank you so much for your help Sam.

I had to return an item and was experiencing awful problems with retailer the Range so I rang cooks professional and explained my situation and the lady I spoke to was so so helpful and sorted everything out for me and very clearly what I had to do, a very excellent service and would certainly recommend them and definitely will purchase directly from cooks in the future

Having spend over £500 within the past month over 4 different delivery's the experience has been very poor. First delivery came on time as did the second. However the third delivery shipped by amazon couriers was destroyed. After a chat with cooks professional they then sent out a replacement of the order by Yodel. The delivery from yodel was ment to have come today yet on the tracking page it says the driver missed me ehen I have been sat looking out of my window all day. I also have a ring door bell and no activity detected.

We contacted cooks professional for a spare part for our air fryer and they were very helpful and sent us what we needed :)

My glass/plastic window on my air fryer came missing one layer. I was heavily pregnant at the time and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of getting it replaced because by the time I’d already noticed it I’d already used it quite a lot.

I have emailed to ask what I can do to replace it, can I buy the window separately or buy a new drawer and I’ve been ignored. I now cannot use the left hand side of my air fryer as it’s completely snapped.

I have ordered a knives set . After just one week they have start getting rusty!! Then I get intouch with customer service and been told because of the water and harsh cleaners they can be easily damaged and been told to wipe them with vinegar and put some oil over and see is that gonna work and help stop the rust ?! I ask for return and apparently I have to pay 5£ myself to send them back ? What a company?!

Purchased the small 28l oven with 2 hot plates combination ,the manual is very scant in how to operate the hobbs.But it states you can not control the temperature ,how are allowed to market this.
Hence I have not used it ,alas it's for the bin.

Ordered a new digital hot water dispenser. Easy to use and saves energy. Very happy with the purchase.

Bad quality, I haven’t ever seen black dots on stainless steel pot like this before. Not safe to use for cooking.

I initially found the product very impressive—it’s well-designed and has great potential. When it works, it works really well. However, over time, I started experiencing the same recurring issue: the speed settings become unreliable. For example, setting the speed to 10 doesn’t actually maintain that level—it drops significantly during operation, making it frustrating to use.

Even more concerning is the lack of accessible customer support. I’ve sent several emails without getting a response. The chatbot on their website doesn’t function, the contact form appears broken, and there’s no listed phone number or any direct way to speak with someone. It’s incredibly difficult to get help if something goes wrong.

It’s unfortunate because some aspects of the product are genuinely excellent, but the experience is overshadowed by the lack of support and recurring technical issues. I hope the company improves their service infrastructure—this product could be amazing with the right customer care.

I cannot praise my Cooks Professional hot water dispenser highly enough. It is a neat and tidy piece of kit- doesn't take up too much room on the counter top and looks great. But, more to the point, it delivers just exactly the amount of hot water you selected at exactly the temperature you required - perfect for single cups of tea or coffee, especially if you take them black. No need to boil more than you need in the kettle, just to have what's left go cold. Better for the environment and your pocket.

I bought an espresso coffee machine and it's a great kitchen gadget for the price! Not only does my dad get his morning coffee, but I also get to enjoy using the steamer for hot chocolate. 🙌🏻 I would recommend!
