Great teamwork
Having reviewed the buying experience, I would like now to add on the delivery experience. Sean and Ken were friendly and efficient. There was a minor injury incurred leaving only one of them to put our sofas together. They sent out a call for help to their office and within 10mins another van arrived with the cavalry who helped to finish the job. Well done to all, great team effort.

Amazing Sofa. Fabulous Customer Experience
It was a really great experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly and put me under no pressure to buy. Couldn't believe the array of colours and fabric varieties when it came to choosing the right sofa. Loved that I could choose different designs of cushion covers too.
Was originally told 8-10 weeks for sofa delivery but it was actually a lot less than expected. The delivery team were really helpful too. Phoned up on the day so I knew when they were heading over to me. They even put up with my 3 year old asking them a million and one questions as the unpacked and set my new sofa up. So pleased with the quality of the finished sofa, its a really robust and well made product. Clearly made to last. Would 100% recommend and would buy from Cookes again.
