HUGE thank you to Emily Briers, she will be my solicitor for life! The sales solicitor is the most important part of the job and Emily is extremely responsive and informative. Thank you again so much for everything!

Our solicitor Bahar Syed has worked efficiently by consistently giving us updates and support when needed. She has handled the case amazingly and has answered our queries as soon as possible.

Incredibly poor communication resulted in a remortgage being unable to complete on time. I had to change lender and use a different solicitor to resolve. Avoid.

Tom Mclaren-Roberts has been amazing throughout the process. He kept me updated either by phone or email and always responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tom and would absolutely use his services again.

All communications were clear and straight forward, even though it was my first time selling a property. The solicitor who arranged our sale was polite, friendly and efficient - thank you Claudia Bediako!

We had an excellent experience with Tom throughout the purchase of our first home. From the very beginning, he was professional, efficient and reassuring, keeping us informed at every stage of the conveyancing process and always responding promptly to any questions we had.

Buying a house can be stressful, but Tom’s communication and attention to detail made the whole process feel much smoother. We always felt confident that everything was being handled properly, and his hard work ensured we were ready for completion on time.

Tom was always approachable, patient and happy to explain anything we didn’t understand, which was especially appreciated as first-time buyers. He made us feel supported throughout the entire process and gave us confidence every step of the way.

We are incredibly grateful for all of Tom’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated and knowledgeable solicitor. Thank you again for helping us reach such an important milestone! 🏡

Dominique was always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls - 100% professional, friendly, and thorough. If there was ever a time she wasn't available, others at the office were quick to help. I can honestly say that there was no point during the process when I felt that it was my solicitor causing delays or issues with the purchase/sale. I would absolutely ask Dominique to be my conveyancer again.

Claudia was extremely professional, answered all my questions very quickly and worked very hard in getting my flat sold.

I had a great experience with Jess Day who was very helpful from day one all the way to the end. With all the obstacles that came up with buying a new build property she reassured me every single time not to stress, she was very helpful and supportive. It felt like she had my back all the time. Would definitely recommend

We had a really positive experience purchasing our first home recently using conveyancing direct. More specifically Christian Petersen was great- he was very professional, kept us in the loop throughout the process and was always available when we had any queries. Would definitely recommend!

Bryony was brilliant, had issues with the title deed and a managing company which she helped push through. Once resolved she progressed to completion so quickly. Really happy with her help.

This company was used by our buyers. There did not seem to be any specific person with responsibility hence, communication was very poor and very slow. They were chased by our solicitor and the estate agent and their client with little or no progress made. We were informed that they are a volume conveyancing service which may explain the lack of personal contact available and length of time to complete. There was no upward chain and we sold to first time buyers.

I really appreciated Tom from this company, who has been very accommodating in my awkward circumstances (being away from the UK for most of the sale process). Once everything was set up, the process was made clear and he was very helpful with any questions/issues that I had.

I had a really positive experience with Conveyancing Direct when buying my house. A special thank you to Claudia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to reply to my emails, kept me updated, and was happy to answer any questions I had. She made the whole experience much less stressful, and I really appreciated all her support. I would definitely recommend Conveyancing Direct to anyone buying a home.
Thank you!

Extremely good service and kept me up to date with news and progression of the buying and selling process

Caroline has been really helpful throughout the process, this was my first time buying a house and she answered all my questions (there was a few). She kept me updated on the exchange and completion, I’ve really appreciated her help throughout the whole of this process.

I used Conveyancing Direct for the purchase of my house as I had Dealt with them for a house I wanted prior to this. The sale fell through and as advertised, I was not charged. When I found my new house I asked Conveyancing Direct if I could deal with Poppy Newcomb again as she had all my previous information and she was absolutely brilliant last time.
The vendors were on a very tight time scale and Poppy made it happen!
She helped me every step of the way and always answered calls and emails promptly.

I had an excellent experience with Conveyancing Direct, particularly with Christian Petersen, who handled my purchase throughout the process.

Christian was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. He kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and made what can often be a stressful process feel well managed and straightforward.

Thanks to his efficiency and attention to detail, we successfully exchanged contracts today, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I would highly recommend Christian and Conveyancing Direct to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service. Thank you for all your support.
