Our Solicitor was called Ley and she was amazing. She was always by the phone for any queries, actively pursued required information and documents for the sale and would get in touch with us as soon as any updates were made. Very punctual, friendly, professional and helpful. 5 star service, would recommend!

I used these solicitors for sale of a property and the purchase of another. Both Harry and Dominique, who were my case officers, are fantastic and kind people.

They are prompt with updates and clear with expectations with what is needed and when.

Selling and moving house is stressful and difficult at the best of times, however, these two in particular made the whole process so much easier and smoother.

The company itself is also very good/competitive with prices. Compared to other solicitor services on the market, I must say for the service you receive, the cost is more than reasonable and one of the least expensive ones available.

If you are selling or moving house, I'd highly recommend using there services. If you happen to get Dominique or Harry as your case officer, you'll be pleasantly fortunate : )

From the very beginning, Dominique kept me fully updated throughout the whole process and dealt with our sale incredibly quickly and efficiently. She was always there whenever I had a question, and she genuinely made me feel that no question was ever a stupid question.

I sometimes struggle to understand the legal side of things, and Dominique recognised this. Rather than making me feel silly or overwhelmed, she would actually take the time to call me and explain everything clearly until I fully understood what was happening. Her patience, kindness and understanding made such a difference.

From the start, Jan’s communication was timely, practical and on the same level as us. Jan has the best sense of humour which through past experiences we have not had with solicitors. Jan was a joy to deal with. We had complications and had to complete and do a remortgage 6 months later. We could have chosen the lenders panels solicitors but as Jan was so good and knew us, our situation and we knew how fun she was to work with, we paid to have her do our remortgage and other legal work.
