Jess Day was fantastic, I couldn’t recommend her more! She has been super helpful throughout and always replied to my emails and calls.
We had a couple of hiccups which were explained and sorted very quickly.

Shaheen and team made everything go smoothly and very quickly. Kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. Would recommend and use again if ever needed.

Terrible. Do not use. It's been 6 months and still not got my flat. I keep finding mistakes in my solicitors emails like he's not even paying attention. I had to explain to him that lease holders don't need building insurance. Based on my experience I can only assume they are a bunch of amateurs. Avoid at all cost!

I honestly couldn't recommend Emily Briers at CDPL highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire conveyancing process. Emily was incredibly efficient, proactive, and always one step ahead, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and quickly as possible.

What really stood out was her communication. She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and thorough approach gave me complete confidence throughout what can often be a very stressful process.

Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for Emily. She went above and beyond to keep things moving and made the whole experience far easier than I ever expected. If you're looking for a conveyancer who is knowledgeable, reliable, approachable, and genuinely exceptional at what she does, then Emily is the person you want handling your transaction.

Thank you, Emily, for all of your hard work and dedication. You truly made a huge difference, and I couldn't have asked for a better conveyancer!

I would like to say thank you to Christian Petersen who was very professional ,polite and very patient. He helped getting the house sold in a professional manner and kept us up to date every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend Conveyancing Direct if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process of buying a house in the UK quite daunting at times, but Kiera at Conveyancing Direct Limited was absolutely fantastic throughout.

She was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding of what I needed, and I always felt that I could ask questions or contact her when I was unsure about something. If I couldn't get hold of her straight away, she would always come back to me, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful process.

Kiera was professional, approachable and supportive from start to finish, and I genuinely felt that she cared about getting everything through for me.

I’m now happily in my new home and incredibly grateful for all her help along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiera to anyone buying a property, particularly a first-time buyer.

Thank you, Kiera, for helping me get the keys to my first home! 🏡❤️

Christian has been the person to keep my sanity while we negotiated the new world of buying a house, was always there when we needed him and always very very helpful. Can't recommend him enough

I cannot thank the Claudia enough for her exceptional support during a highly complex shared ownership sale. Managing this transaction as attorneys added extra layers of difficulty, but the firm handled everything with total professionalism and care. They were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. No detail was too small for them; they covered all the minor complexities thoroughly, preventing any potential issues before they could arise.Their communication was outstanding, and their reassuring approach gave us complete peace of mind during a stressful time. I have recently been invited to use Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers by my mortgage company. Whilst navigating the remortgage of my property i was apprehensive about the process and having previously found that i was having to chase my legal team i was stunned how easy that Conveyancing Direct made the whole process. The systems that they employ and the case handler that dealt with my mortgage could not have been of a higher and more professional standard. They made the transfer of information to them an absolute breeze and were attentive to my needs and requirements for completion. I would, without hesitation, recommend anyone dealing with a property transaction to pick up the phone and ask them to undertake the work for you. I will most definitely be using them again in the future. Finally thank to my case handler, the wonderful Jazmin Dormer for delivering world class service.

Zara-Nicole was very prodessional, courteous and friendly. Always available or if not, would get back to us in good time to answer any queries.

Excellent experience with Conveyancing Direct Limited
We instructed them for our property purchase and were delighted to complete in exactly three months. Stacey Lewis looked after our matter and provided a really high standard of service.
Communication was outstanding – 27 emails and lots of phone calls, all answered promptly, and we were kept in the loop the whole way. Stacey was patient and kind, taking the time to explain legal jargon in plain English so we always understood what was happening.
She was thorough with the contract checks, searches and identifying potential problems early. Every deadline was met, exchange and completion were handled seamlessly, and she pushed the transaction across the finish line promptly despite some last-minute adjustments on our side.
What stood out most was her reassuring tone and genuine understanding of the emotional roller-coaster that comes with buying a home. She supported us throughout. Fees were transparent from the start with no hidden costs at the end.
We would use Conveyancing Direct Limited again without hesitation and are happy to recommend them to friends and family.
