From the outset of my purchase Poppy (Newcomb) was brilliant!
She was very professional and VERY patient!
It's not so often that most of us need a Conveyancing company so, consequently, sometimes need a hand-hold and Poppy did this WONDERFULLY!
What was also lovely about working with Poppy was that she was almost always available and, if she wasn't, she got back to me asap!
Poppy has made this process easy...and, at times, fun too (she has a lovely sense of humour!)
Overall...VERY professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed a Conveyancing Company...

The whole process was really stressful and required a lot of patience but with the help and good communication of our solicitor Daniel Hendricks, the boat sailed to the end of the shore and everything was completed. The service was superb, l would truly recommend conveyancing direct to any new house buyers, family and friends to lead them.

Exceptional experience with Dominique Farauanu

I hardly ever write reviews, but hard work and exceptional service deserves credit where it is due. Dominique provided just that - clear communication, timely communications and updates, alleviation of worries and concerns and good humour to boot. I know house purchasing is not an everyday activity but I would recommend her without hesitation.

Unfortunately due to the inadequacy of Conveyancing direct I lost out on my dream flat after 10 months wasted time. Offer accepted December 2025 and 10 months later the seller has pulled out of the sale and it's fallen through. I can't entirely blame conveyancing direct but the impression I have is not a good one. I can't recommend this company to anyone as a first time buyer myself, avoid, unless additional stress on what is likely your biggest expenditure is something you want to have to deal with.

Dominique was brilliant from the minute I spoke to her. there was a couple of bumps on the way when I phoned or emailed to ask what was needed Dominique was always pleasant and nothing was to much trouble

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. A special mention has to go to Tom McLaren, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Tom was always there to help with emails and phone calls, answer any questions I had, and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also a massive help with getting all the necessary documents sorted and making sure everything was completed correctly.
