Avoid using convera at all cost. I send a remittance on 8 Nov 24 and it has been more than a month and the beneficiary have not received the funds.

When we check with convera, we were told they cant refund and we just have to wait. Waiting for one whole month is ridiculous, no explanation, no nothing !!

I have been using the company's forex and payment services for many years (previously Western Union Business Solutions) and always find their staff very helpful, pleasant and professional, esp. our account manager Daniel, who not only offers me top class customer service, but also excellent forex rates. He is very pro-active and efficient, and contacts me whenever there are considerable currency movements. I strongly recommend him and the company to anyone who may have forex requirements and international payments.

Convera is an amazing platform which is far superior to main stream banks for currency purchases and service . I was assigned a dealer Chris Kells who is available almost 24/7 and secures wholesale rates even on small trades. I have never had issues of foreign transfers not arriving on time like the main stream banks where funds would take a very long time to reach my suppliers . I have tried several forex companies over 20 years but Convera is in a different class for service , pricing and forex products . I would highly recommend this company to any small or large company to benefit from superb service and the best exchange rates for business .

Completely useless. Every email I sent to request help (as the online information was not enough/correct to process the transaction) just reiterated the information in that same useless form. As I am a customer of Great Southern Bank and they do transfers with Convera, I have no choice but to set up a new different bank account for this transaction or get them to send me a cheque. Bring back SWIFT!!
