I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Construction Connect. Their customer service and account management have been very unresponsive, especially when it comes to billing and cancellations.
Trying to cancel my subscription has been far more difficult than it should be. After being billed for an additional year, I reached out multiple times by email and phone to discuss the charge and request cancellation, but I received little to no response. I even submitted a written note requesting that my account at least be canceled for the following renewal period since they would not refund the recent charge, and still nobody followed up.
It feels like the company is far more focused on continuing to bill customers than on providing quality support or maintaining a strong reputation in the construction industry. Communication has been poor throughout the process, and getting a clear answer or callback has been nearly impossible.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing up to carefully review the cancellation terms and be very cautious before committing. Based on my experience, support and billing practices have been extremely disappointing.
