Customer Serive seems to not exist anymore BUT I have to say Cole Haan has been fantastic. I have ever purchased shoes & handbags and everything has held up beautifully. I had 1 issue with a bad amd the company took care of the issue immediately. Shoes that I have given as gifts, the recipients have loved. Very very happy with Cole Haan

Don’t ever deal with this shop or with this company. They have complete disregard and disrespect to their customers. I bought top of the range shoe from Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi. After wearing the shoe few times, I discovered that the shoe was faulty. I went back requesting exchange or refund. The manager tried to hide in the back room and instructed her staff to lie and to inform me that she was not in the shop. When I exposed the lie, the manager showed up. She was rude, unprofessional and refused to help. She said that their shoes are never faulty. I tried to escalate the matter to Cole Haan headquarters in Dubai but they were equally unprofessional and greed was their only motive. I am now escalating my complaint through a third party.
Cole Haan suggested to contact their WhatsApp number dedicated team. I did contact them and they pretended to have no knowledge of the problem (having contacted them before writing this review as well). They demonstrated their poor standards yet again and I was surprised with what they said. They admitted that the shoe according to them HAS ONLY a Glue issue. They concluded that this glue issue is something to be expected (from a new shoe) and does not represent a faulty shoe. When I challenged their logic, I was informed by the person that this was the conclusion of her senior manager.
I can not believe that such an international brand provides the lowest standards of service and this company is simply robbing their customers of their money in the most shameful way.
This is by far the worst shopping experience I ever had and I warn everyone that it is very risky to buy anything from this shop or this company.

Great service. At first the delivery company failed to deliver it and didn't communicate well. The service of ColeHaan.es was good, responsive, tried to solve it but was unlucky that now these shoes were out of stock. They saved it by providing a great counter offer. Got my comfortable and fashionable shoes in no time.

Accidentally put the wrong delivery address when checking out. Tried to contact customer service to solve it, but got no response. Shoes were delivered to the wrong address when customer service finally got around to writing back they to me it was my fault and I was responsible. Offered no refund, or additional help.

I like Cole Haan shoes. The shoes are very comfortable. But their customer service is poor. An online store is the worst. Do not order online. They always send smaller sizes or wrong and cheaper items. That is why you try to stay away from their online store.

Customer service is terrible, once you purchase their product that start to fail after a few weeks they don't care. No effort to resolve the issue. It was a simple issue to resolve too. Never again will I purchase Cole Haan shoes. Another customer lost. Buyer beware..

Been boycotting Nike for over 20 years. And I find Cole haan is owned by Nike now. Nike is on the boycott list for supporting genocide. I have 23 pairs of colehaan and my husband has 4 pairs. I would add a photo if I could figure it out. Sorry but I can't support you anymore. I rather sleep with a clean conscious. Bye.

They sent a size smaller than I ordered. Their error. They were to be a gift. They took multiple days to initiate an exchange. Gift giving time passed. They then sent an email indicating they were initiating an exchange. They chose the location for me to return. So now I've got to repackage the wrong pair and drive to a pretty inconvenient location miles farther than the nearest UPS store. I told customer service they weren't doing anything different than a typical exchange even though it was their error and they said "Thanks for letting us know". I've ordered 5-6 pairs on my own previously and they'll be my last.

Kein Kundenservice, hohe Kosten für die Retoure, da das Unternehmen in Polen sitzt. Unterm Strich eine glatte 5, aber auch nur weil die Schuhe bis jetzt einen guten Eindruck machen. Heute würde ich nicht noch mal bestellen.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered three pairs of shoes on August 17th and still have not received them. They said they were shipping by boat - in this day and age! I was told I'd received a credit for 50%, and that never happened. This website and DVF Track are scams! Only order from Cole Haan website direct and change country if need be.

My review concerns the quality of Cole Haan product not service.

I was looking for a comfortable fashionable pair of tan Oxfords I could use for the odd client meeting and on site when catching up with colleagues. At £190 I kind of thought these would be an investment but remained sceptical of the price.

The Men's 4.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford looked the part out of the box but it soon became evident that these are cheaply manufactured poor quality shoes, sold at a premium. The leather is thin with a synthetic backing that I don’t expect to last. After an evening of wear around the house they already show slight scuffing and seem to mark very easily. The inner sock is only attached halfway around the neck of the shoe and feels loose. While comfortable, the soles are clearly of a cheap compound.

Deeply disappointed with the value for quality of these shoes. They are just like any other mass south east asian cheaply produced trainers sold at a scandalous markup. And if you look beyond the marketing, and the history of ownership of this company, that’s exactly what they are. Don’t buy, look elsewhere.

It’s unfortunate i bought golf shoes prior to reading reviews here. The golf shoes I bought didn’t last but a few rounds before the synthetic top portion of my grey Zerogrand discolored. I never experienced this with expensive golf shoes (made for the elements). After foloowing up with customer service since they never responded other than a robo mail, i got an offer to buy additional product at 30% off. The shoes where a big disappointment but the customer service was worse. Stick with Johnson and Murphy as Cole Haan has gone downhill.

On August 25th, I visited the store at Arundel Mall and bought two pairs of the same sandals in different colors. They did not have my size so the sales representative said they would ship the items to me. The first pair came then a few days later, the second pair arrived. The problem is they sent me a pair of black slides whereas I had bought a pair of black sandals. On September 7th, I sent an email to customer service outlining what had happened and requesting that the correct item be sent to me. I received a response advising me to go to the store where the purchase was made. I indicated that 1. I do not live in the same state and 2. I should not be made to suffer an inconvenience on the basis of their mistake. I received another response asking me to provide them with certain details. I did as requested and received another email indicating that my case had been shared with the proper team and I would hear from them in 1-2 business days. It has been six days since and I have heard NOTHING from them. I again contacted customer service via chat and was told I would hear from them the next day (Thursday 21). I still have heard nothing further. Summer is over and I still do not have my sandals. Their customer service sucks. Never again!

Ordered a Men's 5.ZERØGRAND Wingtip Oxford on 08/05/23. Received confirmation of order on 08/05/23. Noticed incorrect address on 08/07/23. Opened online chat with “Tyra.” The exchange was odd and rushed, eerily of AI. I was hurriedly informed by this “Tyra” that I would have to sign up on UPS’ website in order to correct the shipping address. However, I had no knowledge nor was I informed by Cole Han that the product was shipped or received any tracking information. Each of my statements were responded with “is there anything else I can help you with?” Either this “Tyra” is the most obtuse and insensitive associate or just a cheap imitation of a human being in the form of AI, I found the whole exchanged to be weird and a complete waste of time. Even when I stated that I would need to contact my credit card company because I will surely not receive the package, I received no response from this “Tyra.” What’s more elusive common sense or customer service?

customer service is non existent. I have been chasing but no success. They will send automatic reply saying will get back in 48 hours but this is just fake.

How could these business exist in this era of e commerce. Stay away from purchasee from this company. You will only have hassle if you need to contact them. I will never buy again from this comapny.

Purchased a discounted pair of shoes and later decided to return them. However, after the purchase. it turned out that the only available refund option was in the form of a credit note, rather than receiving a cash refund or having the funds returned to my card. In my attempts to address this issue, I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, it took seven attempts before my call was answered. Despite my explicit request to speak with the manager, the customer service representative failed to follow through. It appears to be the company's policy to solely issue refunds in the form of a credit note. Think twice to shop in this company.
