I am raging I have been caught out ordering from this company if it even exists. Have ordered 2 bras 9weeks ago still waiting . Like all other reviews keep sending emails and keep getting reply to be patient and giving tracking number which doesn't exist. I paid by visa would I have any hope of getting refunded?I never order without reading trustpoilet reviews but I did this time .

As all other recent reviews have stated - I ordered late august and had two different sets of delivery and shipping details and still no sign of my order. Luckily I managed to raise a complaint via PayPal and got a refund. The company themselves just kept asking me to be patient and wait but there is only so much waiting that you can do before assuming it is never going to arrive!
Appears to be a total scam company - avoid like the plague!

The delivery is ridiculous and mine neen stuck on Edinburgh since September. Convinced it some kind of scam as it looks like no goods and no refund - disgusted

I ordered in good faith, at end of September still waiting, get shipping emails saying it’s in transit. Last one I received says it’s in transit from Cardiff. More fool me. I’m asking PayPal to refund my money. Don’t buy or order from this company if it actually exists.

Don't buy any product from this website, they are not delivering the order. This is fake website. Sending scam email as tracking number, i have ordered on sep 9th but still I haven't received it. And no response and no refunds.

Wish i could give no stars !Ordered 2 Bras on the 2nd Sept. Took nearly 8 weeks to arrive after me chasing it up. Finally opened them and the quality is terrible, the material is so cheap and when you wrap the lace across it just cuts into your skin and looks awful. Sent them an email explaining and they asked for pictures of the issue. I told them I could send them a picture of me wearing it but it didnt fit properly and they said no quality issues were identified and to have a nice day. I told them I wanted a refund and to speak to someone else and he said I could gift them to my friends 😡 so mad I didn't check reviews etc before ordering. Total scam

Ordered 2/9/23, nothing received. When using their generic contact us I noticed that in every reply the shipping number keeps changing. Paid veawq Co.,Ltd via Paypal so started a dispute, Paypal refunded in minutes.

Just received my order. A complete load of rubbish ! Ordered it 3 months ago. One of the bras and a vest top. Look far too small. The cheapest material. Absolutely awful ! I too was taken in on Facebook advert. It’s put me off ever ordering anything from adverts on Facebook ! Too good to be true. Feel completely ripped off! How they can get away with it goodness knows. Facebook should do something ? The best thing about it is the zip up bag !!!!

Same as others ordered early September, sent tracking emails. My parcel has been in transit from Edinburgh since early October. Reply’s from customer services say they are urging delivery company to put update on tracking. Also asked for refund but nothing received yet. Suspect scam as others have found - do not buy from this company

I have the same story as most here. Ordered bras on the 1st September it's now the end of October and no delivery. I have complained and contacted PayPal who are still investigating. Coaley themselves will not give me a satisfactory answer or a refund! Total robbing con and not a bona-fide company. ***Avoid at all costs. ***

Like everyone else, I wish I had read this. The company is a complete scam. They have my money and I don't have the goods

I purchased bras from this company 5/9/23, from a Facebook ad. All looked good but unfortunately I did it in a rush and didn’t even think to check for reviews. I was sent regular shipping updates which seemed great, but then I noticed for several weeks my package supposedly was in Scotland despite me living in London! Having read reviews on here, I contacted Paypal today to obtain a full refund, and thankfully, they provided me with one without having a need to contact the company first.
Please note, I also had Colaley charge me over £5 more than originally quoted. I am going to try and report them to trading standards, not sure if they will be able to do anything, but please, please, please, do not buy anything from this company.

"UPDATE: I finally received my order on 23 October and very happy with them, hence the update to 3 stars from zero. Communication with this company is difficult and a long wait to receive order. I was able to cancel the PayPal refund".
I give Zero stars. Ordered items 7 weeks ago, items not received, even though the tracking said they were in Ireland. Thankfully paid by PayPal, have requested refund.

Think this is a scam. Non delivery and no way of getting refund.

Blast, wish I’d read these reviews before I placed an order. Three bras ordered on 2 September and money taken from my account on 3 September. As with orders, I’ve messaged numerous times and just get asked to be patient!!! My last update showed it being with Evri since12 October. Absolute joke. Action needs to be taken to stop them ripping folk off.

Same as everyone else here. I ordered 2 bras following a facebook ad on 3rd September. The first tracking followed it to Ireland with no further movement, I live in England. After multiple complaints and refund requests the next tracking number they provided was with Evri. Another 2 weeks has passed and still nothing. I demanded a refund again yesterday and again i am told to be patient. Total scam, please beware.

As for others, received shipping updates until it was an hour away, then nothing. Customer service refusing to refund.
