Never received the goods That I ordered in August, they also took more money than they should have from my bank. many emails have been sent from me but alas, still no response.
My Bank reimbursed me the money and they are looking in to this.
Please do not give them your money this is a scam.

If I could give no stars I would. I usually check Trust pilot before buying stuff but for whatever reason I sadly didn't. Same as everyone on here! Ordered early September, was receiving regular updates, the last one being October 7th saying it's in the UK in Cardiff. Keep sending emails going round in circles and just being told to be patient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered some bras off of a Facebook advert. Multiple emails regarding where the package is and I have got nowhere.
Shipment says they are in Cambridge but that has been since end of September.

It is not easy navigating their customer services.

Save your money and avoid.

UPDATE:
After repeated attempts at contacting customer service and initiating a PayPal money back request, the goods did eventually turn up, almost 2 months after ordering. Goods were OK quality, but bras were too smaller despite selecting recommended size.

Original review: Same as everyone else. 7 weeks and no goods. Last tracking update states goods have arrived in Birmingham at end of Sept. I'm not gonna hold my breath that anything will ever come now.

I ordered a Bra from this company in August or first week of September using my Klarna account.
By almost towards the end of October, I didn’t receive my order. I kept sending complaints email, copying Klarna Resolution email address.
Today, someone mysteriously dropped a package, which I will share the picture here.
It’s laughable, not my size, no return ticket or note, no information at all.
Please do not fall prey to the fraudulent operation of this company. Keep far away from their sub standard products and appalling customer service.

Ordered product early September and still no sign of it. Tracking says it's at some random address in Co. Clare for the last few weeks and I'm in Dublin. Going around in circles with emails back and forth with no resolution so unfortunately have to presume it's another scam online company. Will stick to buying goods close to home in future.

I saw this on instagram and think they should remove this seller. They charges P&P when they said it was free, one item delivered but was shoddy and I’ll fitting, the other lost in transit, when you try to contact them, they say they don’t have an email address for you even though they are responding on it. Completely rubbish product and just another Chinese scam hiding behind a good advert.
Do yourself a favour and don’t touch them with a barge pole

To be honest I wouldn't even give it one star but I didn't have an option for less. This company is awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I just keep getting shipping updates saying the parcel is on its way, and still I have received nothing. Over 6 weeks now.

Has anyone reported this company to Trading Standards as one review states it is a residential address in Birmingham. They need to be reported, the more people who report them, the better. Also, Facebook need to be made aware it is scammers. Has anyone reported them?

Ordered over a month ago. Still no sign. Tracker says its in transit in the country for the past 4 days! Can't even chase up as it's just bot. Total scam!

Really wanted to give no star, order not arrived, when tracked allegedly its awaiting transit in Manchester for past 2 weeks. Luckily I used Klarna as payment option so have stopped the payment . Really won't use them again

Avoid at all costs. My debit card was debited for more than the amount stated. Wanted to cancel after reading reviews but wouldnt oblige. One month later... still no product!!!! Just continued meaningless updates. Worse comoany ever.

My order has not turned up and I am getting charged by klana and now incurring charges for items I have never received absolutely rubbish service

6 weeks and counting , still not arrived , tracking said it's coming from states and in UK , been in UK for 3 weeks now , I just get email saying just kindly wait for your order , yeah right ! Don't order anything from this company !!!

Ive been waiting for my order for 3 weeks. Ive been told to be patient! Wouldn't buy from them again.

22nd October - still waiting and when I ask for a refund they still tell me to be patient. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Another week has passed. This company have refused me a refund. They are a joke!

9th November - still no show. Been refused a refund yet again. Time to contact fraud dept at my bank. Scam!

Update, I have received a full refund. It took 24 hours from receiving an email from them to it being in my account.

Same experience as people listed before me. Ordered a bra set early September. Parcel is supposed to be sat in Dublin despite me living in Scotland. Have contacted with no joy. Avoid!!!!
