Ease of ordering. Clear pricing structure easy access to the type of coal I wanted and easy purchasing options. Confirmation phone call for delivery access and then driver putting the pallet exactly where I wanted it.

All ended well but the delivery chap was saddled with a machine that struggled to move the one ton load.
Supply him with a bigger and more powerful machine.
The delivery was nearly refused and sent back.

Unfortunately, we at Coal-Drop, have no control over the delivery equipment or the driver used on the day as these are governed by The Pallet Network, whom fulfil the fuel deliveries on our behalf. I am however very pleased that the part of the service you received that was within our control was positive and successful. Your feedback is genuinely valuable and helps us improve — thank you for your patience.

Good service, happy with the products. Well wrapped which was handy as they had to be left outside on a rainy day. The combo pallet is perfect for what we need as well so saved money not overbuying.
