The lady who handled my order was very helpful and the item was despatched on the same day although it was very close to the cut off time! Id recommend and will use again!

CNM online has an amazing service
CNM online has an amazing service. I had won a sink as part of a giveaway on Instagram and they updated me on everything until I received the sink. The sink itself is amazing quality. I would definitely recommend them and will most likely be buying from them in the future.

Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of a third-party courier and outside of our direct control. That said, we have reviewed the shipment details and can confirm that delivery was attempted by the courier, and it does appear that the goods have now been successfully received.
We always strive to provide a high level of customer service and a smooth overall experience, so it is disappointing when situations like this arise that are beyond our control. Please be assured that we take all feedback—particularly negative feedback—very seriously, as a family-run business.

The undersink water heater I wanted was not broadly available, but CNM online carried it and had it in stock. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday. Great.
The box was well packaged and without damage, but sadly there was a fault with the item.
The customer service was outstanding. I made a call, the person wanted to check something with the engineers and so I requested a call back within 30 mins, which they did and they confirmed they'd replace it. The next day a courier arrived with the replacement and took away the faulty one. It couldn't have been simpler!

Service to be proud of
As with most things in life, there are good and bad, and I received a faulty water heater.
Emailed the company and spoke to Neil who was so apologetic I felt bad.
He immediately sent out a new water heater which arrived the very next day. He trusted me to send the faulty item after I have fitted the replacement. Which helped.
All in all, outstanding service. Thanks.
