From the evaluation of the property to the sale it was a stress free exercise
I cannot emphasis enough that the staff at Clyde Property had honesty integrity and focus to complete the sale to my utter satisfaction
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone buying or selling property

Great Service at Clyde Property Bearsden, can’t thank the team enough for all their help selling our property. Would not hesitate to recommend the team👌

From the outset everyone at Clyde was helpful, professional and friendly which made all of our interactions with them easy right through from valuation to sale and then in finding a rental property.

I used Clyde Property to sell my one bedroom flat. They made the process effortless, excellent professional advice and guidance. I had quick responses to emails and I was kept upto date with viewings and reviews regarding my property over the phone and via an app. I would certainly use them again.

Very professional company . They have been easy to deal with and user friendly. There were a couple of issues but when we raised these with them they made sure these were sorted efficiently. Happy to recommend them .

We rented for just over 3mths and when we left our check out inventory was extensive and Clyde are claiming that the house needs a Deep Clean and garden works done so basically they are trying to keep our deposit! We had the property cleaned before we left and even shampooed the carpets,Clyde are also accusing us of leaving items in the property which you get charged for removal, these items being a soap bottle , toilet roll holder and diffuser, which I queried as I checked on previous pictures taken of the property in 2021 and all of these items are in the original pictures but once again Clyde refused to remove or amend our inventory!!! However our check out did not list anything wrong with the garden and they have now added this saying there’s weeds !!!
The garden was full of moss not grass !!
We are far from impressed by the service received from Findlay at Clyde when I visited the office to query these accusations he looked bored , rolling his eyes as if he couldn’t be bothered and both my husband and I have now sent four emails questioning the amount of pictures taken in the checkout inventory ie close ups compared to the amount on the initial inventory it is not a like for like basis and is unfair ie : pictures taken of lounge initially 66 check out 115 and this is only one room !!! Clyde cannot answer this or simply just ignoring to answer it .
We questioned why the original inventory did not highlight things like sellotape over the cooker switch and an extension mounted to the wall under the kitchen worktop( which suggests a rewire is needed as to plug in the fridge it needs to be left in the middle of the floor to reach the extension!! The kitchen tap loose and leaking , soffits never been maintained or seen a lick of paint in a long time just poor condition overall. Radiators old and rusty but apparently we have caused this too!!
WAIT FOR IT !!!
Clyde’s reply- The checkout inventory is to highlight any issues to the landlord that need to be addressed!
So basically it not on your checkin inventory but only noted on checkout inventory so it looks like the tenants have caused all these issues 😳and you get charged for them !!
TOTAL SCAM !!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!
My advise , take loads of pictures as you will need them !!
Looks like a we have a legal battle on our hands now !!!
Don’t Rent if you can help it , just not worth the hassle and poor value for money!!!!

Helpful, friendly staff who have kept me informed at every stage.
Very supportive and willing to help with all stages of selling my property, and looking for my next home .

Nicola and the team in the Bearsden office were great to deal with, from start to finish, when we put our property on the market. Marketed our house nicely and always kept us informed throughout the viewing process. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Jamie Cockburn is a very professional and concensus member of the Clyde team.
I cant thank him enough for his patience getting my property sale over the line.
Would happily recommend Clyde Property was a brilliant service from the 1st meeting to the photographer, the office staff are away happy to help 5* all round!

Tara at the Stirling office together with Kirsten has been amazing. I had been trying to sell my property which actually got a buyer today!
Well Done Clyde!
Let us hope it all completers on time.

I was selling my property using the Clyde property Helensburgh branch. Due to issues relating solely to the buyers, it took 3 attempts for my property sale to finalise. During this extremely stressful time, the staff at Clyde property were so amazing, supportive, professional and extremely helpful, and in my view, sometimes even going above and beyond, to try and resolve any problem that arose during the time I was their client. From the start of the process to the very end, they were brilliant. I highly recommend the Clyde property Helensburgh branch to anyone looking to sell their property. They are an amazing team.

A very professional service from of the team at Clyde Property. From initial valuation to all the staff In the office . The online customer page is very helpful with all information available at any time .

We booked a 2pm house viewing, we arrived early and waited. The Estate Agent arrived late. There were lots of other viewers waiting as Estate Agent had booked a mass viewing at the same time, just didn't bother telling us. We left as I felt the handling was very unprofessional.

Extremely professional service with all Clyde Property staff providing a friendly and helpful experience. Would certainly recommend them if you were selling a property.

Great experience selling our home.

Clyde were great with us from start to finish, and I'm glad we chose them to handle our sale. We had a slight bump in our experience, through no fault of Clyde, but Alison and Seona were so quick to assist, and got us moving along quickly! Would highly recommend.

Clyde provided a first class service when we were selling our parents' property. They were super helpful; from giving practical advice in preparation for getting the house ready for photos through to negotiating an excellent final price. Communication throughout the whole process was brilliant, with the staff team always happy to explain clearly what was happening at the various stages of the sale. We found everybody involved to be extremely friendly and approachable, showing professionalism and efficiency. An excellent service, all at a very reasonable cost. We were very pleased with the entire experience!

It was very reassuring to have our property sale handled by professionals who worked to ensure the best outcome for us. From the start we were kept well informed by all the staff at Clyde, who ensured the whole process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service at Clyde Property Helensburgh.

Outstanding agents
From the first meeting with Allan He made me feel that Clyde properties were a professional and caring company.
He talked me through each process with a kind and understanding manner.
The ap used is very simple and keeps you up to date with viewings and the peace of mind that the agents will show people around the house.
The marketing of the property has been magnificent
I would highly recommend Clyde property Helensburgh

On our first meeting with Stuart Brown, we were given a detailed description of the costs and the process sequence and strategy for selling. We were also impressed by the attention to detail and the professionalism of the photographer which is a vital part of the selling process. All the staff at Clyde were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Finally, allowing Clyde to show prospective buyers around took some of the pressure off.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Clyde Property, Helensburgh to sell my house, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely dedicated to getting me the best outcome.
Their communication was top-notch; I was kept in the loop at every stage, which made the whole process stress-free. Thanks to their skill and hard work, my house sold faster than I expected and at a price that exceeded my hopes. An estate agent who truly goes above and beyond. Many thanks everyone and I hope to deal with you all again in the future.
