Its a scam. You will almost never find dates available for the place you want to book and they sell the same rooms in mmt agoda and other webisites, but for members, either waitlisted or unavailable. They have least value for customer satisfaction or feedback. Such companies should close, i really dont care about my memberahip money, dont want others duped of money.

Extremely Disappointed – Feel Cheated by Club Mahindra!

I am extremely disappointed with Club Mahindra's misleading sales practices and unfulfilled promises.

After receiving nearly 15-20 calls over three weeks, I finally agreed to attend their event at Hotel Ginger, Bhopal on 9th September 2026 at 8:30 PM (Reservation Code: Keystone_86676733764, Table No. 4), scheduled by Priyanshi Agarwal.

I was promised a complimentary 3 days/2 nights holiday voucher and dinner for me /wife and my kids. I attended their 90-minute sales presentation, but when I refused to purchase their membership, the sales representative, Abhishek (as far as I remember), skipped the promised voucher. I haven't received the dinner either.

Despite repeated follow-ups with Priyanshi and the support team, there has been no resolution.

I genuinely feel cheated and completely disrespected. They made countless calls to get me to attend, but once I declined to buy their product, the promises were forgotten. This is an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Please think twice before attending such events. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Club Mahindra to anyone. Don't waste your valuable time on promises that may not be honoured.

BEWARE FRAUD COMPANY MAHINDRA CLUB HOLIDAYS PRESENTATION.
Got a call from Mumbai mngr Nishant Alex last month and informed about a presentation in chennai which needs to be attended with family and they would give us a gift voucher for two nights in their resorts irrespective of whether we buy their club membership or not. After one and half hour of presentation in VR cafe coffee day on 29/8/26, they said that they will send the gift voucher by mail. After one week opon calling they refused to answer. Wrote to mahindra club experience, they after another week replied that web inquiry customers will not be eligible for voucher. We were planning to buy their keystone next month but after this horrible and cheap behaviour of mahindra Holidays club, we don't want to buy. Trust is gone.
They are professionally cheating and scamming people. They conveniently said that their manager and representative informed us that we will not get the gift voucher. They are all hand in glove, top managers in HO till regional level. Their modus operandi is to con and scam ppl. They offer the gift voucher as a bait and force you to buy the membership immediately after the meeting and when you don't buy immediately, they shamelessly lie that they never told about the gift voucher. Horrible experience.

I have stayed at multiple Club Mahindra resorts and my family and I have always had a great experince. Club Mahindra never disappoints!

we visited Club Mahindra Tungi for 2-night stay and overall had a pleasant experience. the property is well maintained, surrounded by greenery and hills, which make it feel calm and relaxing. rooms ware clean, spacious and comfortable. pool area is nice and well kept. overall, if you are looking for peaceful, family friendly resort. Club Mahindra Tungi is good option for a short break.

It is worst mistake and a big financial loss infact you realise when you don't get rooms according to your travel dates. Very limited, out of city stays, don't even think of international holidays, you are a fool if you pay so much for 2 persons travel each year just for 7 days and that is not even guaranteed. You will be forced to plan postpone your holidays

I took the membership from club Mahindra around 15 years back. It has been the worst experience. I would never recommend anyone to buy membership from them.

Club Mahindra camp was organised in our society to which we were informed that if we attend it and spend 1 hour we will get free voucher of Club Mahindra to stay at any place for 3 nights. We however managed and had also attended the workshop to which they tried to sell their packages . We said that we will see. After a discussion of more than an hour we decided not to take up the package but we were promised to get the voucher on our mail. There is no response till almost been a month even after calling they said they will send … but yes there is noooo response at all.. Then so not do fake promises @club Mahindra when u just can’t keep it

My Experience with Club Mahindra – Please Read Before Taking a Membership

I would like to share my personal experience with Club Mahindra so that others can make an informed decision before taking a membership.

I visited the Club Mahindra Lonavala resort after being offered a voucher and invited to experience the property. During the sales discussion, the Ivory membership plan was explained to us. We were also told about benefits such as complimentary breakfast and dinner.

However, during the entire sales discussion, the International Exchange Fee (IEF) was never explained to us.

The membership documentation and OTP verification were completed using my wife's mobile number. At that time, I had no intention of cancelling the membership, so I did not go through all the terms and conditions in detail. I relied on the information provided to us by the sales representative.

Recently, I requested a four-day stay in Indonesia. That was when I was informed about the additional International Exchange Fee of approximately ₹28,000 for the trip.

This came as a surprise to me because I had not been informed about this additional cost during the sales process. If I have to pay such a substantial additional amount on top of my membership cost, I honestly do not see the financial benefit of having the membership. For that amount, I can make my own travel arrangements and potentially do so more cost-effectively.

I therefore requested Club Mahindra to cancel my membership and refund the amount I have paid. However, instead of addressing my concern regarding the lack of disclosure during the sales discussion, I have been referred to the agreement and its terms and conditions.

My concern is not simply about what is written in the agreement. My concern is whether all significant charges and limitations were clearly explained to me before I agreed to purchase the membership.

I am sharing this experience so that anyone considering a Club Mahindra membership should carefully ask about all additional charges, including International Exchange Fees, before making any payment or signing up.

Please do your own calculation of the actual cost of using the membership, including additional fees, before making a decision.

This is my personal experience and opinion. I would strongly advise prospective members to understand every fee and condition in writing before enrolling.

It is unfair that even if members are unable to use their Club Mahindra membership for several years, they are still required to pay the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) every year.

The ASF was around Rs. 10,000/- four years ago, and it has now increased to Rs. 20,700/-. This is particularly unreasonable considering that Club Mahindra has already collected an advance payment for the membership.

It feels like a trap for members, especially since many of them belong to the upper-middle-class segment. Members should not be burdened with such high annual maintenance charges when they are unable to use the membership for extended periods.

Club Mahindra should reconsider this policy and provide a fairer and more flexible option for members who are not using their membership.

We tok 2nd tier Membership since children were not in school and used the night not all, the ASF kept on inceasing enormously.
First experience at Pondicherry we were served Non Veg instead of VEG.
Secon experience at Poovar, my wife was pregnant and requested for ground floor room but were given room on top floor.
at POOVAR use of inflated swimming tube costed INR 500 for 60 min!!
small things which can be complimentary is charged!!!
For anniversary with second we approached Bangalore office at St marks Road, sale guy told we cannot as our tier is low & told us that by upgrading membership TIER we could avail SINGAPORE CM owned stay, so we went ahead and paid for upgradation difference of almost 2 lakh
When proceeding to book Singapore stay (not RCI), was told to pay something like S Dollar conversion fee amounting to more than 1 Lakh. We had our air tickets so went ahead with booking through other platform.

Saw CM ad for HOLI holiday promotion to non members, where booking 3 night they were offered free breakfast!!!
After paying annual ASF fee >18k per annum; Members are never offered even 2/3 free Breakfast.

They even started charging penalty on late ASF payment !!! insteadof previous practice of incentivising on date payment!!!!

Finally I transferred my membership as it was feeling like a legal LOOTING from CM.
Properties are well kept however if you are in top Middle Class it may be suitable otherwise seeing these practices I do not recommend

I purchased a Club Mahindra membership because I wanted to plan my honeymoon trip to Europe. During the sales presentation, I clearly communicated that Europe was my primary objective. Premium RCI properties in Europe were shown to me, and I was given the impression that I would receive assistance in planning my trip.

The issue is not that RCI bookings are subject to availability—I understand that. My concern is that the practical limitations of the RCI complimentary benefits, the distinction between different RCI inventories, and the realistic availability of suitable European stays were never clearly explained before I purchased the membership.

What disappointed me the most was the post-sales experience.

The sales executive assured me that he would personally help with my trip planning. However, when I actually needed assistance for my honeymoon, my calls and messages went unanswered for over a month. I have WhatsApp records showing repeated follow-ups from my side. By the time I finally received guidance, I had already planned and completed my honeymoon at my own expense.

I raised this issue with Club Mahindra through multiple emails, conference calls, and escalations. Unfortunately, my grievance was repeatedly treated only as an "RCI availability" issue, whereas my actual concern was the expectations created during the sales process, the lack of timely assistance, and the deficiency in service when support was most needed.

Despite providing supporting communication and patiently pursuing the matter, my complaint was closed without any meaningful resolution.

I stayed at Club Mahindra Varca, Goa and the biggest highlight is definitely the location. The property has direct access to the beach, and being able to walk out from the resort straight onto the sand was a wonderful experience. The sunset views from the beach were absolutely beautiful.

The staff and hospitality were excellent throughout the stay. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable during our visit. I also really liked the play area and the amphitheatre, which added to the overall holiday atmosphere of the resort.

What stood out most was the calm and peaceful ambience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxed family vacation or a quiet getaway by the sea.

we were foolish enough to buy the membership. our 10-12 nights have lapsed, because you never get the booking of the good resorts. I think, they give the rooms out to non members to make money. PLEASE DO NOT go for the membership - its a total waste of money.

Have come to Singapore through Club Mahindra and it has been the worst experience so far. Cannot get in touch with Club Mahindra concierge services. The itinerary was set weeks ahead of our trip & now we are sitting in the room trying to get in touch with them. They have mentioned that we would be given transportation and the tickets to the selected tourist attractions. There has been no communication or coordination with them since we’ve been here.
My recommendation: Don’t invest in Club Mahindra Key Stone membership.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your team.

On 10.07.2026, I received a call from your representative to schedule a meeting at TDi Club. During the call, I clearly informed your team that I am a working professional with a small child, so my time is limited. Keeping this in mind, the meeting was scheduled for 11.07.2026 at 7:00 PM.

As planned, I reached the venue with my mother-in-law, and my husband was on his way to join us. However, at around 7:30 PM, Mr. Sumit 9594821306 called me and informed me that the meeting had been cancelled, asking me to schedule it for another day.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If the meeting had already been cancelled, I should have been informed well in advance instead of being made to travel to the venue and waste my valuable time. As someone balancing work and family responsibilities, this inconvenience was completely avoidable.

I expected better service and hospitality from your organization. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression. I request you to look into this matter and ensure that no other customer has to face such poor coordination and lack of professionalism.

I look forward to your response and an explanation regarding this incident.

Greetings !!!

We bought the Membership in 2012 : White Studio apartment. They had only 3 levels of membership (Seasons) - Red, White and Blue.
Subsequently without the existing members consensus, they added up one more season - Purple and They started giving preferences to Only Purple and started ignoring the other season members.
And whenever we wanted to travel , we cannot book resorts with a shorter notice of even 1 month. They require min 3 months and that too it should fall within your reason.

Totally a bullshit waste and recommend not it prefer Clubmahindra membership or rather prefer to go for Homestays or through websites.

Utterly greedy Clubmahindra and the Customer Care line never works ; Be it Local office or Tool free number.

Total waste of your hard earned money and they swindle around it.

While selling membership Sales person will informed us that ASF will increase nominal year after year but they are increasing huge ASF every year and again they are charging Rs.750/- late fees if ASF is not paid on time which they are not informing to us during selling membership.
