Any time I've needed help with something I've always received it it a quick manner and it's been resolved there and then. The support is there from your first order and the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly abd highly skilled in what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else, you won't get the same support, service and prices you do with Cloud.

We’re really sorry to hear that your delivery didn’t arrive as expected. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to stay in all day waiting for your order, only for it not to arrive.
We always aim to ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe, and we’re disappointed that we fell short on this occasion. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and make sure this is addressed.

Hi Bradley,
Thank you so much for your fantastic review!
We’re delighted to hear that you found the process quick and straightforward, and that our communication was clear.
We truly appreciate your feedback.
Great to start, then disappointing.
Started off great when they were trying to recruit customers. But the Government 'guidelines' say to check the BMI first. If you have achieved the correct BMI with their product they then refuse to help maintain it. Feels as if they just want customers who will spend the most money.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt we were unwilling to support you. Please be assured that this was never our intention, and we’re disappointed that this was your experience.
We’re very much open to supporting patients with maintenance treatment at a lower BMI, provided this remains within a clinically appropriate and healthy range. Our prescribing team always prioritise patient safety which means when your BMI is lower they may require additional information or images more frequently however we also take great pride in our maintenance services.
We’ve also recently introduced our dedicated Maintenance Portal, which provides easier access to our clinical team and has been designed to make managing your treatment simpler. It allows you to keep track of your weight and dosing schedule, while making it easier to access the support you need.
We truly value you as a patient and would like the opportunity to resolve this for you. A member of our team has reached out to you directly so that we can discuss this further and work towards resolving your concerns.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you
