I was a buyer for months, then they introduced the point system .
I could see I accumulated lots of points I could use to purchase another pen, after speaking to customer service they said I couldn’t use them as the point system was new.
So they're just sitting there and I can’t use them.
Not good as a loyal customer so now I don’t use them anymore.

Hi Camille,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the Cloud Rewards programme, and we genuinely appreciate you raising your concerns with us.
I am also extremely sorry if our Cloud Rewards programme was not made clear to you. For clarification, our rewards programme was introduced in December 2025 to provide all of our patients with additional benefits and discounts. Your lifetime points are accumulated from orders placed prior to the launch of the programme as well as any orders going forward.
We understand that it may be frustrating to see lifetime points that cannot be directly redeemed. However, these points are used solely for the purpose of determining your rewards tier, which then affects the rate at which you earn redeemable points and the discounts available to you on future purchases. This means your lifetime points still provide an ongoing benefit by helping you maintain a higher rewards tier.
Your available points are earned from any orders placed since the Cloud Rewards programme launched in December 2025. These are redeemable points, which means you can choose to use them towards a future purchase whenever you wish.
We’re always listening to feedback and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
Thank you.
