Wow! I am a convert to Cloud Nine. It’s great that the temperature can be controlled, much healthier for my hair. I have wavy hair & I like to straighten to my hair. With Cloud Nine I get a beautifully smooth finish.
I have always been a devotee to GHDs, but, sorry it’s goodbye to them.

Super impressed
Super fast delivery. Really impressed with the contour straighteners. I have had GHD’s for years and years, recently upgrading them and my hair was snapping off and really dry and dull. I thought I would try to the cloud nines as there are different temp options. I done the online quiz and it said my recommend temp was 150. The difference in my hair after the first use was amazing. It looks much healthier really shiny. The other brand was literally frazzling my hair, so happy I made the switch.

Temp control is a winner
The service, from order placement to delivery, was exceptional. My hair's condition has noticeably improved since I began using the temperature setting recommended based on my responses to the initial questionnaire.

Fantastic, great customer service
I bought Straightners from cloud nine- they’re great I love them. But after a year they showed a fault, I contacted cloud nine and these were replaced with brand new Straightners. The whole experience was great, customer service fantastic. I’m over the moon! Every product can occasionally have faults and it’s great the company accepted that and replaced them very quickly!

I had my Cloud Nine iron for 7yrs and customer service were really helpful when I explained that I’d damaged them. They talked me through their repair/replacement process and kept communication up throughout. Amazing customer service and aftercare.

Took a while to decide on new…
Took a while to decide on new straighteners after using other high end ones, could not be disappointed with the Cloud Nine choice, although they are at the higher price range. My hair is past shoulder length and is naturally curly, took some time to straighten in the past but not with the Cloud Nine took less than half the time of previous ones and only had to pass it once, leaves my hair straight, best silky smooth I've ever got it, can't recommend them enough, bought it with the offer of a free gift, the magical remedy cream is an added bonus, smells great, feels great.

Refund
The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She explained the return process clearly and sent me all the information I needed to return my straightener, as I wanted to purchase a wider model instead.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with how long the refund is taking. I would like to place a new order, but without receiving my refund first, I would be around £400 out of pocket. I think the refund process could definitely be quicker, especially when a customer is planning to purchase another product from the company.
Still waiting for my REFUND…
