Cleverly EV serviced my car. They did an excellent job. They were very helpful, friendly and informative about all things electric. Will definitely use them again. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great experience, booked at short notice and was accommodated. Job done and finished ahead of time. Got to speak to the technician that did the job. Excellent service.

They were also happy to point out work that was unnecessary even though it deprived them of some revenue.

They made buying a car very easy, perfect description, good quality pictures and information by Email, then a visit to purchase.
Car matched the description and after a quick test drive it was sold.

What a fantastic place to get your EV serviced or repaired - I drove here from over 250 miles away purely on recommendations and I was not disappointed! Friendly staff, great facilities - you can tell they have a real passion for what they do which seems so rare these days. I look forward to a return later in the year for further maintenance work and MOT!

My first time at Cleevely Electric Vehicles and I must say I was impressed. I don't need to have my car serviced to keep warranty but I do anyway and it's a good job I did as they found a brake pad had seized, (the car is only 18 months old but a consequence of hardly ever using the brakes!!!). They only change things that need changing rather than the usual:- "Its the second service so we must change every filter we can find". I will be back and they also have the rather specialised tyres for the car at a reasonable cost so I'll be back for those as well.

All completed conveniently on a Saturday, the car drives like new. Very satisfied.

Serviced my Tesla Model S for a very reasonable price compared with Tesla service centre prices.

Everything done within 90 minutes which gave me just enough time to have a nice stroll into the centre of Cheltenham and have a look around.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The staff are friendly, and the pricing is reasonable and transparent. The facility offers excellent Wi-Fi and office space, which allowed me to get some work done while waiting.

Most importantly, I appreciate their attitude of “replacing parts only when necessary,” which I think is very important. I will definitely come back next year and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Old-fashioned service. No secrets and nothing to hide. I had an issue with the steering on my Tesla Model S, which was creating an intermittently 'heavy' feel through the wheel, sometimes creating a situation where the steering would not self centre and had to be physically 'un-steered' (not even a word!) Half an hour with Matt, issue identified, sorted and I leave with a different car. Fantastic. And good value. £75 plus parts to service a Model S.Had they been around when I had mine, this is where I would have gone. Thanks
