Ordered my first set of clubs … was getting the same deal elsewhere for cheaper BUT spoke with Laura and she matched the deal ( Clarkes were £449 and this other co were £399. Not only did they match the price they gave me a further 5% off on top of that for being a new custom . No brainer . Customer service from Laura - excellent . Clubs arrived next day BUT 5w seemed to have been used as had scuffs and marks on club face. Called up and Chris made arrangements to send me a new 5w immediately the next day . I needed it before 12 midday today as playing this afternoon and Chris was so helpful and understanding of the issue. Club has arrived already just now at 10.25am. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service . Would have been 5 stars if the club from Wilson hadn’t been packaged even though it had clearly been used .

Used Clarkes several times for clubs, clothes, balls and accessories. Always quick delivery and quality products at good prices. Customer service is also always excellent.

Awful experience. Do not use this company. They charge you £7 if you return something that does not fit! Also, you have to wait nearly 2weeks for the refund after they have stolen £7!!! Outrageous

Last year was writing a positive review regarding a poor quality sky caddie GPS watch, which i then swapped for a Bushnell and the customer service was decent. Here we are 12 month's later writing a review about another poor quality golf watch warranty expired last month, now bearing in mind it wasn't used October to March I got 7 months use out the Bushnell ion elite which is ridiculous. Customer service short and sharp, no trouble shooting advice, empathy...I will not be using you guys again as wouldn't take the chance im afraid.

2 from 3 orders crap. Shocking customer service and service overall. Stay away.

Most recently ordered some balls on next day delivery. Balls left out of the order and no contact to inform me of this, had to ring up to query. Told they be here day after, really sorry blah, blah, blah. Day after no sign of them, email in to say tracking showing miles away, coincidentally all of a sudden tracking updates to say issue, be here till day after. Very clearly didn’t re send them out like they said they had. Absolute joke.
Rang up to complain, woman laughing on with someone in the back the whole time. Cocky about how good their service is, midway through giving crap service. Asked me anything they can do, knowing fine well all I wanted was the balls advertised and the delivery service advertised and paid for.
Tried to palm me off with a £5 voucher that would almost pay for ‘next day delivery’ which takes around a week.
Stay clear, shop at reliable places. Not my first issue with this place either.
Least they could have done is told me they wouldn’t be sending out for 3 days so I could do elsewhere. Proper embarrassing start to finish.

Ordered a Scotty Cameron 2 weeks ago with no communication as to delay or anything. Website said delivery was 5-7 working days. Rang them up to be told they will chase it and get back to me. Nothing again but silence. Then rang them a day later to be told that Scotty Cameron will be building my putter and that I might not be able to a refund. I said how are they building it when it’s not a custom putter they said they’d ring them and see what’s going on. Rang me back with some excuse saying that there’s delays with shortage of putter heads etc and they are actioning my refund.

Gone on a different website and ordered another one, it’s arriving tomorrow…

Pathetic excuses. Wouldn’t bother with them.

My partner ordered me a surpise. We both purchase from Clarke's Golf. Royal mail left a parcel in an unsecure place at front of property next to a bin which is expressly forbidden to use a bin and leave out in the elements. Got email showing left out at front of property and when got home was not there. Contacted royal mail who said contact sender.
Contacted Clarkes golf and Customer service from Clarkes Golf came back to me, not a named person yet used their bias perception stating they 'feel' it was left in a secure place! (So someone un-named using their bias perception and NOT looking at postal guidelines) Sent me a photo of my house! As if I do not know what my house looks like!
Read reviews stating named contacts and clarity etc, which I have not had.
Sent everything, label from royal mail through door stating safe place (next to green bin)! Photo from royal mail of parcel on floor in the elements next to a bin.
Clarkes golf trying to say it was left safe at the front of property 'next to bin' which royal mail state they do not do, on a busy road. Very poor response. Waiting to see how Clarkes golf are going to prove this going forward with the likes of trading standards my credit card company etc.
Absolutely shoddy service, trying to make it look as though my partner is in the wrong somehow! Have asked for the named person who used their perception. Clearly either Clarkes golf as a whole have poor customer service or this is one specific staff member! Would like to know which. They just not interested at all and the law actually states sender responsibility until physically in our hands.

Update. Response from Clarkes golf stating process to follow! My partner pointed out the law to them and they changed their tune at this point, all while not even explaining any process or procedure!! If they had been normal on emails instead of defensive then we would not be here!

Brilliant, personal service. Although there was a small problem with the availability of an item I’d ordered, I got an email from a real person (!) who provided an number for me to call. I rang and spoke to another real person who offered an excellent set of alternatives and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. So nice to deal with a company that really cares about providing service.

Clarkes golf were great, they price matched the footjoy fuel camo golf shoes, dispatched the same day-honestly was very impressed with the next day delivery that I received on the Saturday morning via dpd, I've used clarkes golf several times recently for a limited edition vokey wedge, motacaddy QB2 trolly etc and will definitely use them again, highly recommended

Ordered through their sister company, golfshoes.co.uk. Excellent customer service from start to finish. There was a stock issue with the shoes I originally ordered, but the team handled it brilliantly by offering me upgrade options straight away and getting everything sorted quickly and hassle-free.
A special mention to Laura, who was incredibly helpful over email — quick to respond, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. My replacement pair arrived super fast, and I’m really pleased with them.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters — and these were excellent. Highly recommend.

Great service from Clarkes' Golf Centre. When an issue arose with a set of irons, they handled it professionally and arranged a replacement. Communication was clear and the replacement arrived sealed. Very pleased with how it was resolved.

Wanted to buy a new set of golf clubs and after looking around the Internet I found Clarke's golf .I decided to go to their outlet store to test clubs and be fitted properly for a set.I chose Ping G430 which were the best price around. The staff there
( Chris ) were very helpful and knowledgeable and as I had the irons lie angles changed I had to wait a few days to get my new irons delivered but was well worth the wait .This shop has everything you need golf wise and it is well worth a visit

Got some Ping and FJ clothing, fit and quality are spot on, and they look awesome. Really quick service and delivery
