Avoid this company at all cost, will happily take your money (literally) before delivery of goods and provide no customer service or communication.

I ordered an item from the on pre-order using V12 finance. No real date was given, just end of June. I email mid-June for an update which they couldn’t give, no issue. The 1 star review is not from the fact they couldn’t give me a date, things happen, delays from suppliers. But I did have to do all the chasing, not update emails and the only responses I got were “we will deliver when we can” and “we are going in order date”.

But here is where things get interesting and very fishy.

With V12 your first payment only gets taken when you receive the goods. And my first payment was taken 1 month before I eventually received my order. I also work in retail and have used V12 before and I also confirmed this with V12 themselves. The retailer “Hotgolf” has to confirm delivery of goods, at this point they get paid and the customer “me” will get charged.

I questioned Hotgolf on this as to why they have said goods have been delivered and they have requested payment and their response was, “The payment gets requested automatically” which is a complete lie and against V12 terms of use. And when I questioned this I never once had an explanation, apology or any form of acknowledgment. Also brings into question does this company have cashflow issues, as other reviews have stated they work as a dropship. Or just have very fraudulent procedures in dealing with customers.

If you are thinking of using this company think again!!

Ordered a Ping iron for my daughter from their website which said 5 to 10 days as it was for a custom fit order. Order date 9th June and received an email with the Royal Mail Tracking number. Turns out that Hot Golf create the courier in anticipation of receiving items from the distributor. Now it transpires that Ping are currently slower than usual with their production and haven’t updated outlets so, Hot Golf have been unable to advise that there is going to be a delay and when the likely delivery date will be.

I’ve been in touch with Hot Golf who have explained the situation and the current problems with Pings production facility. They’re hopeful of resolving the problem soon.

Ordered 2 golf clubsnand a trolley on 20th May 2026. Golf clubs arrived fine but no golf trolley. Repeated emails met with no reply but eventually for someone over the phone. They explained that the original order had gone missing and that another would be sent on 10th June 2026. Well its now the 21st June and still no trolley. Have sent multiple emails seeking a refund and attempted to call but no one answers. This is appalling customer service and would advise you to go elsewhere.

I deleted my initial review as on reflection i felt it was a bit unfair on the company as I didn't provide them sufficient time to address my issue before posting.

I had ordered an umbrella from Hotgolf, which was promptly dispatched; however, Royal Mail delivered an empty box to me! I emailed Hotgolf almost immediately although it was late in the day and they were quickly on the case the next morning to rectify the issue with a replacement.

I supplied images of the box i had received, including the postage label on the box for them to take up with Royal Mail and I was offered some golf balls as way of an apology.

The umbrella arrived the next day, no golf balls though. Not a huge issue, I wasn't really expecting them but at the rate I go through balls then a small supply top-up wouldn't have hurt!

I'm happy overall with the experience and especially the way the issue I had was handled, and I would certainly use Hotgolf again in the future, although the loss of a star is down to the initial empty box receipt issue although this wasn't Hotgolf's fault and the missing compensatory golf balls.

Great price and quick delivery. Only fault I could find was that when I told them that I was going to use the 0% finance for the order, I felt I lost a little bit of customer service, in the form of unanswered emails and phone calls. Also never received the dozen balls I was told I would get in the box for losing the extra discount they’d given me for using the finance offered. Would have been a 5 otherwise

Hot Golf are a fantastic company and I have had many orders and great products from them. I put an order in recently for Vice Pro golf balls one dozen refurbished,of the one dozen only 3 were Vice Pro’s, I don’t play Vice Pro Soft or Vice Pro Plus so the other 9 will not be used. Will just order direct from Vice in Germany in future. First time I have ever had to complain about a product from Hot Golf.
I contacted Hot Golf and spoke to James. I informed him about the fact only 3 of the golf balls were VIce Pro’s. He sorted this out for me and also said he was contacting the supplier.👍 Very prompt resolution, professional and very helpful.

Ordered 2 doz balls on 10th March for a golf trip with 48 hour delivery. Got 1 doz 5 days later when I was in Portugal. The other half sent a pic of the invoice and written on it in ink was "to come" next to the missing ad333s.
Got home on the 18th having had no further communication from Hotgolf, so sent a message through their website, it was quickly replied to with an apology and the balls turned up the next day.
I'd read the reviews before ordering so was aware delivery times and stock are seen as fluid with this company but the prices are good and it was quickly sorted. So I'd probably use them again.

I've been in the store twice with cash in my wallet but found the staff rude and ignorant so I'll be spending my hard earned elsewhere.

Fantastic team at Hot Golf, 3rd purchase in as many months. Huge stock at great prices, super quick delivery, why go anywhere else!

I have reviewed HOTGOLF before and I have just purchased a Motocaddy M1 DHC. Cheapest price by far and ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday in time for weekend golf. Excellent Service, Price and products.

Very impressed with customer service. I ordered a Taylormade bag and it arrived within less than 24 hours, the price was over £30 cheaper than American Golf and Hotgolf included 3 x Srixon AD333 balls as a gift. First port of all every time when I want golf equipment!

Ordered on a sunday and it took 3 days until i recived confirmation.
Then i was told it was going in 2-3 days.
after 9 days i was told they was to busy at the shop and havent had time to update the website,so my shoes was canselled and money refounded.
Amateurs.
UPDATE: i got an e-mail were they offered me 50% discount on any other pair of shoes.
Thats respect.
i wrote back i allready have all sheos i need.
They responded by sending me free golfball Titleist PROV1X to Norway.
Thats what i call best customer service ever.

I popped in while passing looking to treat myself for Golf watch had good customer experience purchased Garmin S70 very pleased with it & nothing too much trouble will certainly go back & purchase anything golf related

There was a problem with the order going missing in transit and Hotgolf did everything they could to resolve and eventually resent the parcel at their expense. Always great prices and great customer service.

Ordered a replacement iron from a large brand who made a mistake with the customisation. Hotgolf after sales service was excellent: the problem was immediately escalated with the manufacturer, I returned the club and within a few days a new correct club received. Friendly and efficient service and highly recommended.

I purchased a PK golf bag which developed a fault after a few months of use, I contacted the customer service team and was very impressed by their response. Contact at every step with reassurance that they would ensure I was looked after. Their speed of reaction when it looked like I would have to buy a new bag was outstanding, they arranged for a bag to arrive by special delivery within 24 hours.
Special mention must go to Jess who looked after the situation perfectly. Thank you.

I purchased a push golf trolly from Hotgolf and over a few weeks it became clear it was faulty. Obviously a manufacturer fault and not Hotgolfs. I contacted Hotgplf’s customer service team and they immediately owned the issue and kept me updated with all communication back and forth with Motocaddy. I’ve now had my replacement trolly and am very pleased with it. The customer service I have received has been excellent. They’ve been nothing but friendly and answered any emails quickly. I cannot recommend Hotgolf enough. I will continue to use them for purchases going forward.

I updated as Hotgolf did eventually get this sorted for me. Although I missed out using them at 2 tournaments due to the long wait but we got there in the end. Not really how customers spending so much money should feel but it is what it is!!

Another order and another issue. This time over £1000 order of Irons which i spec'd at min D1 - max D2 and they all come in at D0! I also wanted the lie flat and it is standard. What's the point of custom build if you are going to ignore what is wanted?
Its not like it's difficult to put some tip weights in at build for the inflated cost of modern clubs.

Slow delivery, failed to tell me the club wasn't in stock when I ordered. It took 12 days to arrive when they offered a 24hr service which I took up! They use DPD and a PIN system that meant I had to take a day off work to get the parcel delivered. I will not use this company again!
