Are you allowed to give zero because I would we was flooded in oct 2023 it’s.now oct 2024 they won’t answer your calls requesting a call back is pointless they never do I WOULD AVOID like the plague

6 weeks I have been chasing my claim and they don’t appear to have even looked at it yet! Constant excuses of they’re busy with others, the person you need is on holiday, they’re in a meeting! Absolutely a waste of time, nobody seems to have a clue what is going on where. I feel sorry for the lady who answers the phone, she must get these calls every day. There’s no certainty of when things will be done. It’s sad

I found from the start of the claim the level of speed & efficiency was outstanding. The professionalism of every aspect of all involved was refreshing & restored my faith in British workmanship. Communication was very good as I was kept informed at every stage of the repairs by Price Bros.

Like so many other reviewers if I could I’d give them zero stars - I started my claim in July 2024 it’s now October and I’m no further forward with a roof job at this rate it’ll be falling in.

In the Claims Consortium letter it says “we understand that making an insurance claim can be stressful and inconvenient that is why we aim to make your experience as effortless as possible. Your personal claims surveyor will be there to manage all aspects of your claim every step of the way from start to finish”

What a joke.

Very speedy and efficient service. Put my mind at rest by dealing with an elusive leak. Quickly traced and dealt with.

I was so delighted with the wonderful service I received from start to finish and the work undertaken was done by happy people which makes such a difference. My thanks go to all concerned for their quick excellent service for which I am SO thankful

Totally unprofessional company. They do work for Jungle Insurance and are really difficult to deal with. I had a simple small claim and these guys took over 2 months to resolve. They didn't give any updates or information at all. Very disappointed!

After almost 18 months of nonsense regarding my claim. the insurance company finally accepted responsibility and offered me a date to start the work. I was assigned a chap called Scott to who i must give special credit to as he was extremely polite and very professional. Scott went over and above to work diligently to complete the work ad i must say here that his work was outstanding. He certainly is a credit to your company, City Constructions (Longcroft) Ltd. Thank you for an excellent job completed. I would highly recommend you guys and the Claims Consortium to anyone with a claims issue.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They caused unnecessary delays for vulnerable claimants and offered no explanations.

Terrible experience.

No stars deserved but had to give one to be able to write a review.

Firstly i would recommend that if you can you avoid this company at all cost.

They are imo ignorant, unprofessional and disorganised.

They do not appear to have any planning, organising or time management skills.

Took over a week to just email me a claim form. Claim and all documentation sent on20 September were received and signed for by them on 23 September. No acknowledgement, no reply to my emails, no call backs , no idea what is happening.

Today 3 October I got a response to a call I made when conveniently the person who would be reviewing my claim was not in. The reponse was an unsigned email telling me my claim would be reviewed as soon as they were able !! In other words they have had my forms for two weeks but they haven't been looked at yet !!! Worse than that they have no clue as to when they will be looked at !!!
Not the kind of customer service you expect when you pay £500 for a policy is it !!!!!

Overall helpful and efficient, knocked 1 Star off as I had to chase them for a follow up visit, but I was contacted the next day by the contractor so only a minor complaint.

This has got to be one of the worse or the worse insurance company that I have had dealings with. They actually do not deserve one star. Their workers are very unprofessional and NO-ONE gets back to you. You call, you are no.1 in the queue that can last nearly an hour. When you accept their call back, no one calls you back, so in effect they have no call-back system.

I have emailed their customer service with full details but they never respond.

Waiting almost 2 years for repairs to be carried still no reply after numerous emails, all insurance payments have been made, they deserve no stars.

Generally good service, but felt the final report was slow in coming, for what was a relatively simple fix.

Still waiting on claim to be fully resolved , leak stopped but no word on damage to flooring yet

There were delays in the process - with not enough feed back to me. Once I was told that there was a delay because the person dealing with my claim was on holiday! Once a decision had been made the contractor came and quickly resolved the problem

Fantastic company from start to finish. Really good communication and the engineers that did the repairs were brilliant

Dealing with these people is awful. They do not return calls, return emails and generally are very inefficient to say the least. Good luck to anyone having the displeasure of having to deal with thier motor claims section

Repair was completed on first visit .
