The customer service lady was extremely helpful and patience.
I had previously spoken to a staff who was just in a hurry to leave the telephone but when i called back 2 days latter she changed my horrible experience into something else.

I’ve worked with better companies
When the platform works it’s good. The app continues to have bugs and the company seems to take no interest in fixing them. When problems arise the communication is very poor compared to their peers. Interactions with their staff are regularly very poor and on that front i’d rate them a 0

I understand the global outage, but you ring to close a trade and guess what no answer. Meanwhile you lose money and there's nothing you can do. Other platforms affected yet up and running again.

Poor Service yet again
In fairness a global issue today but for sure you can guarantee City Index always affected. Clearly no plan in place to deal with emergencies. I'm locked out of my account and can't get hold of the company. Open trades that needed to be actioned. You telephone and an hour later the line cuts off. Can't access account to utilise live chat. The whole thing a mess whilst costing me money as usual. Never the company !! A poorly run organisation with no interest serving their customers.
