I have always had brilliant experiences with Kia Citygate, but this recent purchase was on another level. Ibraheem Chaudhry was absolutely outstanding from day one. He guided us through the car exchange process with great care, securing a fantastic deal and going above and beyond right up to the final handover. His attention to detail, clear communication, and customer-first attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Ibraheem, for such a seamless and delightful experience—we couldn't be happier!

The recent repair works of my Seat Leon at citygate Chalfont were a great experience, nothing less than 5 star. Wayne and technician Joe did an outstanding job to fix the engine issue, and all was completed faster than expected. Communication with Wayne excellent and his customer support exemplary. The works were conducted at highest quality level. And although it was time wise tight on Friday afternoon the complimentary cleaning of the car was done and everything was ready a bit earlier than promised. I can highly recommend Wayne and his team in Chafont.

I was very impressed with my Car service at Citygate Slough. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The young man ( customer service) that looked after the arrangements for the courtesy car was very polite and helpful. Service was completed on time. A very good experience, would recommend to friends and family.

The colleague who took over my case was Konrad. He was very polite, very friendly, helped me with every step of the way. The car was presented very beautifully. And he took his time to explain it all. And answered my questions efficiently. I would recommend Him and the VW Brentford to anyone who is looking for a car. Brilliant company and brilliant people. I had a wonderful experience as a VW customer of 15 years this war the best one.

Fantastic service from Daniel & Riccardo at Škoda Watford from start to finish.

They listened to exactly what I needed, never tried to oversell me and made the whole process incredibly straightforward. They found me a great Enyaq that ticked all the boxes, and it arrived within just four weeks.

Very glad to have met them and, after several years driving a Tesla, I’m really pleased I made the switch to Škoda.

Zaraar Qureshi was very helpful, getting my MOT started early in the schedule once he knew I had to stay and wait. The MOT was completed in good time and the car even got a wash afterwards.

I arrived Saturday morning at 8.30 for a service and MOT on my Van, the service receptionist on the desk was really efficient, she asked me if I would like it washed after the work was done, they took my van in straight away and told me to call back in a couple of hours, I arrived back just over 2 hours and the Van was ready and waiting, the lady receptionist then went through the paperwork with me and I went on my way. Excellent service all around.

My needs were taken into consideration and met with no delay.

TBH , i couldn't fault any part of the car buying process from start to finish . The staff ( in particular Harvey ) were informative and had great product knowledge , they were all friendly and welcoming throughout .
The “extras” were explained fully and at no time was i felt pushed into purchasing , so no pushy salesmen !
I would have no problem in recommending the whole team and obviously the car , which is fantastic !

I cannot fault the service provided by Citygate and in particular the sales person Ricardo. I was kept fully up-to-date on the delivery status of my new car, which helped in preparing for full EV. Excellent all round!

Hugh, the Service Department Manager, was great. He phoned to give me an update on my car and had it ready for me to collect at the time I asked for. He then explained everything that had been done and suggested some upcoming items that will need attention. Very clear and easy to understand.
The car was gleaming when I collected which is always a nice touch!

Recently purchased a Tiguan eTSI. From the 1st phone call to delivery of my car I had excellent service from the sales Person MD. All round an excellent experience.

Pleasant manner at all times - honest answers to questions. Kept me informed. Waiting time for new car was 2 weeks as stated at the outset.

The waiting appointment meant less disruption to my working day.
Deanne was very helpful and managed my appointment smoothly. I could see that customer service is important to her.
