⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Škoda Citygate Brentford!

I can’t recommend Škoda Citygate Brentford enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the dealership itself is top-tier—spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully set up. Every single member of staff I encountered was exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful.

A massive shoutout to Max, who is an absolute legend! His customer service is truly second to none. He went above and beyond to make the entire process completely seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. He takes the time to listen, knows his stuff inside out, and makes sure you're completely looked after every step of the way.

If you’re looking for fantastic service and a team that actually cares about their customers, look no further than Citygate Brentford. Ask for Max—you won't regret it!

Staff are friendly and efficient, service was thorough and on time

I was impressed that the service technician came to talk to me about the battery issue I had highlighted and talked me through the routine checks comprising the service.

Great service with frequent, accurate communication

5 star service by the team and Clyde. Thanks

Leroy was very helpful and his professional approach was outstanding. I wasn’t expecting to get my window wiper to be ordered, received and replaced on the same day. I initially thought i would have book another appointment to get it replaced and it would have been challenging due to work commitments but everything was done the same day. Leroy also offered to get my car cleaned.

Inga was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process from the start, would highly recommend

From the initial conversation with the salesman, Adil Ali, to taking delivery of the new car everything went very well. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, I would certainly recommend them.

Really pleased with the agent Adil Ali for all the help and advice involving the purchase of my new car, pleasant experience.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable, flexible and able to meet our needs. Specifically dealt with Shayaan who was really easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. Management were also quick to adapt to our needs.

Easy and straightforward to book an MOT and service with Citygate. Thank you.

Quick easy efficient :)

Ovais the salesman is very helpful and listens to your expectations and makes buying a car very pleasant experience. Very humble, helpful and friendly salesman.

I would like to provide feedback on my experience attending your branch.

I had booked appointment for a MOT.

I was greeted by a young lady called Chase.

Chase was absolutely wonderful, she was courteous, professional, warm, helpful, and welcomed you with a wonderful smile.

Chase, customer service was tremendous and is what all customers would love to experience and receive.

Thank you Chase for a warm and welcoming customer service experience you gave me.

I hope the experience I received from you is something that I will receive when visiting again by somebody else if you’re not available.

You’ll go a way because the first point of contact in customer service is the most important part of any business reputation, and you naturally and truly smashed it.

It was lovely meeting you too😊
Thank you
