The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I decided to wait for the service to be done and although I expected it to take two to two and a half hours I was pleased that it was completed in about 90 minutes and included cleaning both inside and out. The service representative showed me to where my car was parked and I drove away very pleased.

Citygate Watford we're prompt and responsive to my enquiries about work required on my VW and arranging an appointment, I received clear timescales / likely completion time when arranging the service, and was kept updated on progress and clear explanations provided on works needed and when car would be ready. Communication was good and everything was done in a clear helpful and efficient way.

The salesman and manager were both very helpful, honest and friendly. They didn’t rush me, and were able to deal with all my questions professionally. They were not pushy at all.

Excellent sales person (Fergus). The part exchange, finance, registration etc was handled smoothly.

I now use citygate at Chalfont excellent through the process from start to finish.

I have just purchased a new Kia Sportage from Citygate, this is the 4th time that I have purchased a new car from them, my 3rd Sportage and the 3rd time that I have dealt with the salesman Daniel. Every time dealing with Daniel has been great, everything goes smoothly. I now live in Somerset approximately 130 miles away from the dealership but even with Kia dealerships near me I still decided to come back to Daniel and Citygate. Not only are Citygate great but also the cars.

Extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

My experience with Citygate Kia Slough since September 2023 has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I have spent a significant amount of time communicating with them and trying to get a genuine investigation and resolution to an issue concerning damage to my vehicle. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups the management team appeared to have little interest in resolving the matter with the majority of my emails receiving no response whatsoever.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is that I was previously told that the matter was still being investigated and that the external MOT centre would be contacted. I therefore reasonably expected an update following that investigation. Instead, after repeatedly chasing for a response I was eventually told that the matter would not be taken any further.

I also provided documentation showing that an inspection had been carried out before the service/MOT and that the vehicle was recorded as having no damage to the bodywork at that time. Despite providing this relevant evidence and asking for the matter to be properly reviewed my concerns were not adequately addressed.

The communication throughout this entire process has been extremely poor. Being repeatedly ignored having to chase for responses receiving inconsistent information and ultimately being told that the manager would no longer assist is simply unacceptable.

After dealing with a dealership for such a long period, I expected professionalism, transparency, proper investigation and accountability. Instead, I was left feeling completely disregarded as a customer.

Based on my experience, I would strongly question the level of customer care and after-sales support provided by City gate Kia Slough. A very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I accidentally booked into the wrong CityGate. Staff at Colindale went out of their way to accommodate getting my booked in and the their customer service was really friendly. The service was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend this location.

Leroy was very informative. Took me through each step. Phoned with updates. His cheerful manner made the process easier.
Bonus ,he had the car cleaned .
