The staff helpful and friendly could not do enough to make me feel at home

My experience was as always at Vw Watford, very good from the service department.. Most helpful with a can do attitude. Which is why I return every year..!!

Citygate were able to service our VW at short notice. Reception staff were very friendly. Car was washed before handing it back. Would recommend this dealership.

Tosana Small was excellent. Her communication, resolution planning and execution and pragmatism was exceptional ! I hope her performance is recognised. Superb throughout.

Excellent and friendly customer service

I went to city gate to buy a new car as I have recently had a child and needed something with a bit more space. I had an appointment with Mike Dixon. He was unbelievably helpful and really thorough but also very efficient. I didn't have much time at the appointments and he was brilliant at getting everything done quickly whilst also making sure that I had all of the information I needed. He showed me a couple of options of cars and then when I had chosen the car I wanted he was really great at helping me go through all of the information about how it all worked, and was brilliant at showing me the digital brochure and exactly how to run the car and how it all works. He was really good at sending all the documentation across quickly and the entire process was done in just a couple of days which was amazing. I've only had the car for a couple of days but I already feel very confident and comfortable driving it as Mike gave me all of the guidance I needed. I am really pleased that I chose Citygate and that I met with Mike as it made the whole process of buying a car completely stress-free. Highly, highly recommend Mike.

Neli was excellent. She kept us updated regularly so we never needed to worry about the progress of our service.

It all went smoothly. Dropped the car off at 8am and picked up at 10:30. Nicely cleaned as well as serviced.

A professional service by sales staff from first contact to collection of new vehicle. Sales Manager Daniel made initial contact then handed over to Parimar who completed the sales process and finally handed over the car for collection. i had travelled a long distance to collect the vehicle and was collected at the train station, offered refreshments then given a comprehensive hand over of the new vehicle. All in all a good experience and I would not hesitate doing business with Skoda Citygate Watford.

My car was booked for MOT and I expected to collect it late afternoon, but it was done early.
Clare and the service team kept me informed about any possible issues.

I took my car in for its 2-year service, and my service was handled by Chase. The communication throughout was excellent, and everything that had been done to the car was clearly explained to me. What I particularly liked was the short video prepared by the technicians carrying out the service. It was really helpful to see what they had checked and gave me extra reassurance about the work being done.

The only thing I would have liked to see in the video was the actual oil change and the old filter being removed and replaced, as this would have made the video even more comprehensive.

Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Chase and her team. The communication was professional, clear and friendly, and I had a very positive experience. I even managed to get a coffee from the loverly lady in the reception. Thank you.

I bought my car from City gate VW a year ago and the purchase experience was excellent. A year later and the first service was smooth and convenient. Dropoff and pickup seamless and great coffee in the Camper Van!

We had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing our new car from Citygate, and the level of customer service we received throughout the whole process was exceptional.

The entire team were fantastic. They treated us incredibly well, gave us a great deal, and were more than accommodating with everything we needed. From start to finish, we genuinely felt like we were receiving special treatment, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

He was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure the car was perfectly tailored and suited to our requirements.
