Lack of transparency
I really like CINCO’s jewelry, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I was receiving multiple emails promoting their sale from March 14th to 29th, and then again on April 1st about the 19.90€ offer. Naturally, I was interested and tried to check the website during those promotions.
However, when I tried to access it, I got an “Access denied” message saying that access from my region wasn’t allowed.
At first I thought it was just a glitch, but then I realized this has actually happened to me more than once — specifically during their sales periods.
I reached out to their customer support hoping for a simple explanation, but instead they completely denied having any kind of restrictions and eventually just closed the case without really addressing what happened.
As someone outside their main market, it honestly feels frustrating to be included in marketing campaigns but then unable to access the website when it matters most.
I’m not even looking for a perfect solution, just some honesty and transparency — which I didn’t get here.
It just doesn’t feel fair as a customer.

At CINCO, we do not restrict access to our website based on region, and we have no systems in place designed to block specific countries during promotional periods. That said, what you describe — especially encountering an “Access denied” message — is not something we take lightly, and it certainly isn’t the experience we want for anyone discovering our brand.
There are rare technical factors (such as network configurations, IP routing, or security filters) that can sometimes trigger this kind of message, even when no intentional restriction exists. We always asked you some proof and print screenshots to help you solve but during this time 14th to 1 April we never received, any kind of proof what you are saying.
We also regret that our previous response did not provide the clarity or reassurance you were looking for. But I remember we always need some kind of evidence to understand better what is the problem we are having here. For another instance, CINCO will not break into schemes of pressure where clients threaten with bad reviews. We do better when clients allows to do and for the clients that allows. As you know "April 1st about the 19.90€ offer" was an April joke and was always presented like that, and since your first message we have proofs that you try to benefit from that offer, and was the only customer in the world that did that.

Beautiful Jewelry and Great Experience Every Time
I’ve been buying jewelry from Cinco Store for quite a while now and I can honestly say my experience has been excellent. Over time I’ve purchased more than 10–15 pieces and I’ve always been impressed with the quality, design, and overall craftsmanship. The pieces are elegant, minimal, and very easy to wear every day while still feeling special.
Shipping and packaging have always been great, and the items always arrive exactly as described. It’s clear that the brand puts a lot of care into both their products and the customer experience.
The only thing I’ve noticed recently is that the prices have increased quite a bit compared to when I first started buying from them. While the quality is definitely there, I do hope they keep their pricing accessible so loyal customers can continue to enjoy their beautiful pieces.
Overall, I’m still very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Cinco Store to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality jewelry.

Bad luck?
I recently bought a few things from them, and two of the rings are already loosing color. Perhaps it was bad luck with the models. It is a shame because the designs are pretty and customer support was also great.

Great quality, fab range and quick delivery
A big fan since 2023. Never had an issue with the quality of the jewelry or customer service. They went above and beyond when I lost one of my earrings to get a replacement. On my recent order (purchased 20 Jan), the package was delivered on 22 Jan in Ireland and all I can say is WOW!

42 days delivery, broke the next day
I've been ordering from Cinco at least five times in the past, and it honestly saddens me to see what’s happened to them. I placed my order during Black Friday, hoping to have my wife’s Christmas gift ready in advance. Then I received an email from Cinco explaining that they had accepted more orders than they had in stock — but IT’S ALRIGHT, because that was apparently their plan all along, and they would produce more and ship everyone’s orders before Christmas.
Spoiler alert: I didn’t receive it before Christmas. I didn’t receive it after Christmas either.
I contacted customer service around December 30th, and it turned out they had never shipped it at all — something “went wrong.” Okay, I told them to send it ASAP. When did I finally get it? January 9th.
The package was in very bad shape — the small one, not the shipping box. The earrings were sitting in a dirty piece of cotton wool, tinted green from oxidation. The quality of the box was so low. I still have the older packaging from the same earrings I ordered a few years ago for comparison.
The best part? My wife wore the earrings once, and the lock on one of them broke — it doesn’t lock anymore. That’s just a ridiculously low value for the money paid. I'm not sure I'm ready to go through the return process, though.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the order was intended as a Christmas gift. While your order was shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we recognise that the lack of clear updates and visibility on their side created a very poor experience.
Unfortunately, once a parcel is in transit, we are dependent on the courier’s tracking and processes, which in rare cases can fail to reflect the real situation accurately. That said, we understand that from your perspective, this is not acceptable.
We also regret that our communication did not provide the clarity and reassurance you needed at the time. This is something we take seriously and are continuously working to improve.
If there is anything still unresolved, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into it again and support you directly.
