We were genuinely interested in a used car which we had seen on their website and also on Autotrader. My husband rang and was told it was being used as a courtesy car and they would ring back when it was available. A week later he rang back and was promised a call back within an hour. Several hours later he rang again, and was again promised a call back. He rang once or twice more, each time being promised a call back within an hour. That was now a few weeks ago, and nobody has ever rung back. We gave up and went elsewhere to purchase a car. The car we were interested in is still shown as for sale on Autotrader and their own website, but I don’t know how you ever buy a car from them.

I am really happy with the service they provide. It was really nice and good. Mr Athen was dealing with us. He gave all information and he done very well. I am very happy and satisfied with his service and communication. We felt very comfortable with his service. I will surely suggest him to everyone

Iv recently purchased a Kia SPORTAGE from the lovely salesman Lee who was very helpful and professional.
we noticed a few things when we got the car home and contacted Lee who was very prompt and efficient with getting these little issues sorted.
After taking the car back to the garage for these things I came in to collect a very immaculate clean car and all the issues sorted.

Really bad company, I left my car to sort out a problem which they didn't manage to fixe, they gave me back the car only after 6 weeks and to puto the cherry on top, they damaged my car key which I left with them working property and now then don't accept responsabillity seing the car key don't work because the car is old ( 8 years old ).
I will never go back and don't suggest other to go.
Really bad service.

CMC is a super-friendly and efficient Kia dealership. Juan Romero just sold us a new EV9. We are delighted with the car and grateful to him for excellent service.

Salesman Juan Romero was very helpful, answered my questions thoroughly. There was no hard sell. He did everything that I asked of him in a friendly, professional manner.

Tesla Sale - Stuart and Mark came to collect my car and were a superb, professional and friendly pair a real credit to CML who were great to work with from the start.

Terrible. Bad customer service! Asked for mechanic to call me with regards to a diagnostic session-no return call.
Trying to book a service. Promised a call back within 48 hours, 10 days later no call back. No apology when I call !! Work that was promised to be undertaken, wasn't done. NOW CHARGING FOR A HIRE CAR, never been charged previously. OVERALL, Terrible company. Will not use again!!

Unrelentingly poor.

I bought a brand new Kia Niro from Chippenham Motor Company 3 years ago. The car is mostly great.

On the first service I had some issues with the Windows.. they won't wind up properly. Juddering and winding down each time before getting to the bottom and then closing.
I mentioned this and said.. "Please fix it."
They said they had.., but they didn't.

Also the range is not what it said it would be, it dropped 50 miles overnight in October (ish)... and pops back up sometime in April to what it should be? Can somebody have a look at that and explain how that is??
They didn't.

On the 2nd service I mentioned I had some issues with the windows, I also mentioned the range challenge.
We will fix the windows they said.
They Didn't.
They didn't even bother to acknowledge the range challenge.

I have just had my 3rd service.
I got a courtesy car with no fuel, or charge which cost me £10 immediately so I could drive home and back.

Interestingly, I got to go over the issues 3 times, they were noted and counternoted.
I mentioned I have some issues with the windows. I also mentioned the range challenge.
I needed some tyres too, "Can you quote me so they can be replaced whilst the car is here."
There is also a problem with the Charging port. Which means it doesn't charge like it should.
We will fix the windows they said.
They Didn't.

They didn't bother to replace the tyres but noted in the mechanic video that they need replacing.

The car was washed, presumably with wire wool and my paint work is scratched to hell. Very visibly
They didn't look at the charging.

I asked for a manager to call me back and explain/find a fix etc.
Nobody called back
I phoned the next day and the next day and the next day. When I did get through I was assured of a call back. Eventually I got through to somebody and arranged a courtesy car with fuel for 8:30 in the morning so my car could be worked on and returned that day.

It did not arrive at 8:30, finally rolled up at 11:30.
Unsurprisingly the car was not fixed sameday.
The next day I called (3 times) to get some progress.
Finally got through, to hear all was well. and I have a bill for £500(+VAT) for two front tyres.
The tyres are available almost everywhere for £150 each.
The car was returned without the tyres, by a minion who admitted to driving my car in sport mode... because "Well, you've got to, haven't you?" Even more scratched than before with polish going on over bird faeces. They did take out the charging cable to check but left it in the boot covered in oil.
The windows are still not fixed, the charging port is still not fixed and now the Service manager refuses to answer calls.., in meetings from start till close of business. The call from the MD has failed to materialise. and after phoning every day to get this resolved I get a call back from the lovely lady on reception to tell me I have to drop my car off next week at 8:30 and there is no courtesy car and no assurance of anything being done to the standard that is necessary. They have stopped even pretending to care now.

Tomorrow there will be another round of "We don't care about the customer" I will update but so far absolutely unrelentingly terrible and with no remorse whatsoever. They couldn't give less of a toss as far as I can tell.
Go absolutely anywhere except here.

Viewing and subsequent buying process all very positive. Ethan Ramsey looked after us extremely well. He was not only efficient but knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience less daunting! Should also mention very happy with the car purchased

Purchesed my second car from Ethan and couldn't be happier the car was well prepared and ethan was a pleasure to deal with no hardsell just honest advice well worth a visit if you're considering a new car

Bought a seat Leon estate in December 2023 already paid out £200 for glow plug now gearbox has gone facing thousands of pounds in bills to repair car has only 60,000 miles on the clock.
Br very wary about buying from them sales manager was no help first time so didn’t bother contacting him this time only made three finance payments car not fit for purpose very angry disappointed customer

Drove 3 1/2 hours to look at one of their 2nd hand cars and was met by Lee. D, he was very professional and after giving me the vehicle spec left me alone to look around the car on my own which was brilliant. No pushy sales tactics and sorted out 1 minor issue with no fuss at all. The car was in excellent condition and far better than I expected, excellent customer service from Lee and I would definitely buy or recommend someone to buy from them.
