Cousins ordered a car to meet us at Heathrow to take us to Edgware. The driver was on time, knew the route and drove safely. We contacted airport bee again to take us across north London and back. Then a third time to return to Heathrow. All three drivers were courteous, drove carefully and were on time, the cars were comfortable. The prices were all reasonable and the bookings easy to make.

I booked a transfer for my 70‑year‑old mother travelling alone from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Milton Keynes. I contacted Cheetah Cars, operated by Cheetah Limited (Company No 02005174, Director Shahid Basharat Ahmad), at 15:30 on 12/11/2025 for a quote (£126) and was told I must pay in advance before confirmation. At 18:12 I text‑cancelled via the same number (07563 245460) after choosing another company.

Despite my cancellation, at 05:30 the next morning their driver (Arshid, black Volkswagen reg WG23 EBP) picked up my mother - who had flown in landing at 04:20 - instead of the driver I had confirmed and paid. I rang the office (020 8459 2525) and spoke with operator “Henry” who denied using that number for messages even though that was the number they used to contact me.

When I asked them to stop at The Stag, Chorleywood (WD3 5DT) so the correct driver could meet them, Henry threatened to abandon my mother on the roadside unless I paid £72 immediately via a payment link they had provided.

My mother was driven past the agreed meeting place, ignored, left unable to access her luggage, and told the police would deal with it if she didn’t pay. After severe distress she was finally collected by the booked driver around 07:30 and got home safe - but she was shaken and confused.

This was a breach of duty of care, unprofessional behaviour and completely unacceptable. Do not use them.

Reading other recent reviews, it appears this is not an isolated incident - several customers have reported sudden price changes, misleading communication and poor treatment, suggesting a broader pattern of concerning behaviour.

I have been using Cheetah for years and they are the most reliable, efficient and courteous service. Especially if you want to book travel in advance, much better service than the various apps...

Have used Cheetah cabs multiple times for trips to/from London Heathrow Airport to London, have always found their price competitive & reliable.

I’ve been a loyal Cheetah Cars customer for many years, which makes it disappointing to share this review. Unfortunately, today’s service was well below the standard I’ve come to expect.

We booked the car to meet us on our return to London Gatwick following an overnight flight. Before travelling, I emailed to request that the driver track the flight, as this route frequently lands early. The email went unanswered.

After clearing customs, we checked the live tracking link and saw the driver was still 20 miles away. When I called the office I was told the driver was 30 minutes away. In reality, it was 45 minutes before he arrived.

After eight hours in the air and very little sleep, being left waiting in arrivals was incredibly frustrating. At £120 for a pre-booked airport service, we expected far better.

The reason people book a car in advance is reliability and peace of mind. Sadly, today delivered neither.

The cab was filthy and smelly and the driver was spitting and coughing the whole way. It was my son in the cab going to his wedding so if he gets ill due to your cab driver’s germs in his cough and in his cab, I hold cheetah responsible. Cheetah must have a minimum standard of hygiene. If I do not get a full refund, my family of six will not use you again. I have been using you for many years. I have recommended you to numerous friends. Your choice: full refund or you can lose a family of six and I will tell all my friends not to use you and report you to relevant health authorities. Happy to post and send you a picture of my son and fellow passenger covering their noses and the disgusting text they sent me. Embarrassing for me and more importantly for you if I make it public on google

Efficient and comfortable ride (Imran). My flight to Gatwick arrived early and the controller was helpful and the driver was able to collect me early. Competitively priced too. Always use One2One/Cheetah and happy to recommend.

The driver was already waiting for us at the hotel. Kind driver, relaxed driving. Very good experience!

I’ve used Cheetah a few times now having contacted via Airport Bee website. They have a live chat function and it’s real people! The team are really great, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t find cheaper and the cars are great too. Totally reliable, even on a tube strike day from Heathrow. Huge thanks to everyone at Cheetah.

CAR TO WRONG ENTRANCE DESPITE REMINDERS
I booked online but called the landline number specifically to request that the driver be told to come to the Grove End Road entrance of South Lodge. Instead the car was dispatched wrong to outside Abbey Road studios. It took about 20 minutes to sort out, causing much stress both for us and for the driver as well. Having used your service for many years to and from the same home address, I am very disappointed that EVEN despite phone reminders about the entrance the car has not been sent to the requested location the last 3 trips!

Our early morning drive to Terminal 5 was perfect.

Car was late despite booking in advance. Very disappointing as this happened for both pick up and drop off. Won’t be using service again.
