Good viewing arrangement
The agent called in to arrange viewing and sent confirmed email. On the day of viewing, agent called in again to confirm the time. Very good customer service.
During the viewing, she answered questions in her best knowledge and questions that she could not answer, she promised to check if we really wanted to know. Even though we did not make an offer, we enjoyed the viewing service provided.

Excellent experience with Chancellors
My experience of Chancellors has been wonderful. Amelia is very approachable and professional. She carried out a viewing remotely as well as sending a video beforehand. Amelia ensured that the property was shown to us thoroughly, allowing time for questions and answering knowledgeably.
