My partner and I are first time buyers and Patrick has been so helpful and friendly throughout our search and very easy to communicate and get along with.

I was a loyal customer of chancellor since 2019, however i have got a horrendous experience today with them about an outstanding issue where i have called countless times, left voice messages, wrote several emails but no resolution. I was promised a call back by Saffron, Rebecca and Fiona and few other people but nobody every called. Today I was transferred to Dennis Jordan some top shot senior person as what she claimed. She was extremely rude and arrogant. She was not interested in listening to my concern for which i am trying to get an answer from past more then a month...because of todays conversation i feel mentally stressed and harassed by chancellor...I want chancellor to listen to all the call recordings and see how patient i have been from more then a month...i feel completely broke after speaking to Dennis.. i feel very anxious and will speak to my GP now....I am still waiting for a resolution on my concern...irrespective of my issue..people like Dennis bring disrepute to a prestigious company like Chancellors...she should learn how to talk to your customers from Rebecca...

Chancellors estate agent’s Sunbury branch in Middlesex recently sold one of our by-to-let flats. The market is not good for sellers at the moment and there were some particularly tricky issues that made this a difficult sale. Luke (Sales manager), Pat and Briar were just brilliant. They dealt with everything in a calm, professional manner. They kept us informed of progress, always friendly and upbeat, coming up with inventive ideas to deal with issues. We just could not have had a better service. Thanks guys.

The branch manager and staff were amazing during a tricky sales process. They communicated with the buyer and their solicitor to keep us up to date. I can not fault them. Chancellors Specialist Sales team however were ineffective and I honestly have no idea what their purpose is. Thank you to Luke and Patrick at the branch .

Amy Jones provided a great help in finalizing the renewal of my contract with the tenant. I kindly request the company to reconsider and reduce the percentage of the letting and management fees.
