Very professional. Friendly and we felt comfortable looking round with him. He explained lots of things such as the fireplace and why the property is priced at that amount. He didn't rush us, so gave us enough time to look round.

I have recently visited a property being sold through Chancellors and was impressed with the overall professionalism of the combined efforts of the Senior Sales Negotiator and Sales Manager respectively. All information and responses to open questions were provided in advance of the viewing which was conducted on time at the site. I was impressed by their market knowledge and felt at ease when discussing the options available to me.
