I would like to feedback on MR Bobby Panesar. He has been extremely efficient and helpful. He evaluated my flat at Scott Ellis Gardens, he made an effort to do so 'calmly' and efficiently. He feedback to me at every step and followed this through. I will definitely contact him once I decide to put it for rent after I do what he advised me to do. Ge follows his job 'sincerely'. This is in contrast toe the other person 'Dean' who was supposed to evaluate my flat for sale but never did so! I was let down and patronised whenever he called me and really never even visited the flat; He came across as lazy and used the feedback from Bobby to give me his patronizing onionio. He was extremely unhelpful and inefficient especially comparing to the standard I got from Bobby. He should be nice and needs to do his job first before he speaks to a customer. Thank you

We asked Chancellors (St. John's Wood) to sell our flat earlier this year. They quickly gathered together all relevant information and produced a well illustrated brochure. The sale was completed last month and we are very grateful for the outstanding service that we received from Chancellors.
