Dean and Sacha went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in the purchase of our property. They were instrumental in helping us to remove a number of hurdles that cropped up during the process and we could not have got to the finish line without their continuous support. Highly recommend !

As Smooth as Silk
Received two offers for the full asking price within a week of putting the property on the market. Apart from a few minor setbacks the whole process was smooth and efficient. Exchange of contracts and completion took place 12 weeks later, which was pretty good considering the Xmas and New Year holidays in the middle.
Throughout the process the St Johns Wood Sales Team (Dean, Sacha and Ian) were in frequent contact, providing advice and updates, and acted professionally at all times.

Outstanding service to date by Chancellors located in NW8. As a first-time buyer, purchasing a property can be quite daunting. Professional and reassuring
I rented a flat through Chancellor’s from abroad. Everyone at the office was communicative, smart, and on top of issues. They went the extra mile in helping me understand the U.K. rental process. There was a small snag with my move-in process and they were great about remedying the issue. Overall working with the St John’s Wood team was reassuring during a complicated time; they made my move easier, not harder.
