Hannah Boyle at the Northwood (Middlesex) office found tenants for my 3 bed terraced house. Hannah provided excellent service in sourcing the right tenants for the property and keeping me informed all the way through the process. On this occasion we were unsuccessful in our attempt at buying a home.
The process was well managed by Chancellors in a courteous and professional manner. Unusually, our conversations were enjoyable and focused on our needs.

Not all deals and offers will be successful, but my wife and I felt that they were acting ethically and honestly at all times. I hope to do business with them soon.

This was a very straightforward transaction. The staff were helpful and arranged a viewing in a few days time. Having seen the property they advised on what would secure me the acceptance of an offer. After a short delay my offer was accepted. There was a hiccup with some of the correspondence but they were related to an IT issue outside the staff’s control. Overall I’m dry satisfied with how everything was handled.
