I have been trying to purchase a house in Herefordshire, cash buyer nothing to sell. The agents Chancellors have been totally useless, have no communication, and fail to respond to emails. Sellers and Buyers beware.

Both were particularly helpful in lining up weekend viewings and fixing times, arrangements and then rearrangements- all without any impatience and whilst maintaining professionalism and balancing my needs and those of the sellers', too.

1st class attitude.
On Friday 29th July, my wife and I viewed a bungalow in Kington, Herefordshire accompanied by Leo Humphrey.
The property did not meet our requirements, so we will not be proceeding.
However, we must make you aware of the excellent manner in which Leo conducted the viewing. He is to be commended on his attitude knowledge and affability. In this regard, he is also joined by the rest of his branch colleagues we have had dealings with.
