Chancellors - Kidlington Anmeldelser 

Asked to book a viewing on a property for a Monday which was accepted, only to find out it was incorrectly confirmed by a different branch, and when I rang up to ask why it was never confirmed, I was told it had never been booked. This was extremely annoying as I had already booked the day off work to travel down to view the property.
Instead I was told I would receive a video tour a couple of days later, however this never materialised, when I rang the Kidlington office to chase this up I was repeatedly told the staff were very busy and they would send it when they could.
After several more days of getting no answer or video, to my dismay I was then told the property had already been letted.
I understand that the staff in the Kidlington office were very busy however an acknowledgment that the house had already been letted would have been appreciated instead of myself repeatedly ringing up only to find my phone calls going to answerphone.
Very disappointed

Chancellor's have endeavoured to market my property with Tenacity and every angle possible.
Where there was a problem they worked with me to find a solution that would work and be beneficiary to all parties.

I have been liaising with Kayleigh Burrett and Anthony McCabe on the sale of a small flat in Kidlington. There have been leasehold issues and both have been informative on constructive options to move forward, linking up to other colleagues to provide the relevant information.The email updates on feedback after viewings have been prompt and all communication has been positive. I have not always been able to respond quickly but they have been patient and understanding on this.

I was so nervous and excited about finding a new home. I'd never used an estate agent before. I was shown round by Holly Kellond. Holly could see how much it meant to me. Whilst looking round the property I was so emotional. She was warm and patient with me. Once I was accepted for the property, the paperwork was sent through. I get so overwhelmed with anything official like that. But Holly was there to answer any questions I had (and there were a lot of questions!!) She always replied to my emails promptly and got back to me if I called her. I never felt like I was too much or felt silly asking her questions. She walked me through the process and for that, I'm so grateful. It made what could be a really stressful time, so much easier. Thank you Holly and all the staff at Chancellors for doing all the work behind the scenes to help me secure my dream rental.

I asked Chancellors to provide valuations for probate on 4 properties. This they have done with utmost speed and courtesy. I'm instructed to avoid mentioning individual names, but my initial contact was with the manager of the Summertown branch, with the valuations provided by a representative of the Kidlington office. Both were extremely efficient and personable with the latter taking a substantial amount of time talking me through all aspects of the valuations. A thoroughly professional service. My thanks to both individuals and Chancellors as a company.

My appointment to view a rental property was arranged quickly and efficiently by Kayleigh and Holly with short notice. Holly showed me around, answered my questions, was friendly but to the point. Follow up was required with various forms needing to be sent which Kayleigh sent that same day which was good because it was a Saturday afternoon. Overall a very good experience, I would definately recommend Chancellors Kidlington office.
