Myself and my brothers would like to thank Steve and his team for the amazing job they did in selling our parents house!
The only complete we have is the solicitors that we used, where The worst we have ever used in the past!!

Steve was fantastic throughout our sales process. Had buyers interested from day 1 of listing the house on the market. We sold very quickly and for the asking price. Steve continued to offer us potential properties for our onward purchase as soon as he could show us and while we didn’t end up buying our next home through Chancellors, he was extremely helpful in pushing forward our purchase.

Steven Buchanan, representing Chancellors, visited my property for a market valuation. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgable of the market, and
provided relevant information and follow up to his visit. I would be be comfortable working with Steven in the future if I decide to place my property on the market.

Alice Rench was a joy to work with - professional, approachable, and kind. She made the process so much easier, and, to be honest, I wish all people in the house-moving process ended up more like her.

My journey into the property sale market was not without issues, although i suppose that is the case for most, Chancellors were very professional and most part very efficient. Certainly the final phase of my experience with Chancellors I could not fault, excellent communication and good advice and guidance when required. First phase was good although buyers withdrew their offer at the very last minute (no fault to Chancellors). My main and the only issue is with the middle phase of my experience, the sale of the property was delayed by at least six months due to a buyer, that who was known to Chancellors and had expressed an interest in any properties in the area, firstly couldnt get a mortgage then delayed further when a relative couldnt originally muster the funds then,after remortgaging properties took out the wrong mortgage, this took about six months of promises that never materialised. Better scrutiny and financial checks of potential buyers is my only complaint. This tarnished my otherwise good experience with Chancellors.

Would not recommend. Messed up the marketing of our property big time. Do yourself a favour go else where
