A shout-out to Miss Amelia Pavelin, Senior Lettings Progression Executive at Chancellors, who has comported herself professionally and impressed me with her incredible efficiency and friendliness. Saffron Burgess has provided me with a very good service in respect of reaching agreement with a rather difficult former tenant in respect of the return of rental deposit and also in respect of obtaining quotations for relediative works. She has been responsive and clear in responding to emails and pleasant and patient on the phone. On occasions she has also been proactive. She is professional, knowledgeable and is a good communicator.

From the very beginning, when I found myself in a difficult and uncertain situation, Dana stood out immediately. Where others saw complications or reasons to turn me away, Dana saw a person who needed help—and acted on it. We are current tenants and have had an absolutely dreadful experience with Chancellors, specifically with our property manager. Since moving in, we have been dealing with multiple unresolved issues - and getting any response or support has been an uphill battle, requiring us to chase repeatedly and ultimately escalate to senior people within Chancellors just to be heard.
Emails go unanswered for days, follow-ups are ignored, and when we do hear back, the responses deflect responsibility rather than address the problem. No one at Chancellors has taken us seriously.
We are writing this review to caution anyone - whether you are a landlord considering using Chancellors to manage your property, or a tenant looking to rent through them - to think very carefully before doing so. The lack of accountability and basic responsiveness has made what should be a straightforward tenancy incredibly stressful. We hope no one else has to go through what we have.

I would like to appreciate a property manager of Chancellors Molly Adams. She let us know that the tenants has reported a issue with the cooker. And after knowing that the cooker is under warranty, she reacted quickly, contacted the insurance company, managed the contractors to attend the property, and solved the problem within one day. And I didn't have to pay anything. Very good service!

All services in life are a mixed bag but dealing with Libby Scott in the Lettings department has been a 5 star experience. Feeling anxious and frustrated at times trying to collect monthly rent, Libby has been super helpful and empathetic. She has been a great communicator and has been putting in a lot of effort to assist me in what is quite a stressful endeavour.

The chancellors letting team is very helpful. My case has been carried on very efficiently. It took less than a month to fix a buyer, and the team helped me for the home inspection, etc. During the whole process my property manager Hollie Callaghan helped me a lot.
