Amazing customer service by Gabriella!
We have rented with chancellors for the last 3 years and it's been so easy! Any time we've had maintenance issues in our flat, Gabriella Moreira has acted quickly to get it resolved for us. They have a team of contractors that are on hand to help and they are particularly amazing at dealing with emergency issues like our front door lock breaking! We had someone out that morning which was amazing.
Gabriella is always on hand to help :)

Zsofia is absolutely amazing ! Been looking for a property within our budget for a while. Got in contact with Zsofia and managed to find a beautiful house and move in in just 2 weeks !

Helping Us Resolve A Problem With An Energy Provider
Recently we, that is my wife and I ( joint Landlords ) had an issue with an Energy Provider when we tried to contact them and pay for energy use when a Rental Property was empty between Tenant changes.
After being on the phone for over an hour and being moved from pillar to post as nobody at the Company I spoke to knew what to do I sent an email.
They did not reply so I contacted Chancellor’s Management Team, and spoke to Riley who very kindly contacted the company in question and quickly resolved the problem. The outcome was particularly good for us as the company have waivered both the Gas and Electricity Bills.
We are very grateful to Riley and her team as they have provided us with excellent service for a number of years.

The team at Chancellors were amazing!
The team at Chancellors were very helpful the whole way through my house sale process. Especially Pharez which is who we dealt with the most. The Bicester team as a whole were amazing during what was a very long few months!

I bought my cottage through Chancellors (Bicester) and dealt with Holly Cornish and Alistair Millar (Sales Manager) during the process. Both were a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond and professional and thorough in all aspects of the sale. The 5 stars are well deserved, particularly as we neared exchange and things didn't go to plan. Alistair stepped up to the mark and ensured they did everything they could to keep the sale moving forward - really excellent service from both Holly and Alistair. Highly recommend Chancellors and their team
