Don't use this company they are unreliable and inefficient and don't seen to know what they are doing.We ordered wardrobes in November and told it would be 4-6 weeks as coming from Germany.
Received weekly emails with estimated delivery date which came but I received no communication regarding delivery. On calling Customer service I was told they had forgotten to order them!!
So after many phone calls they were ordered again and was told ,4 weeks
However that took a further 6 weeks to arrive.
I was asked to pay the balance via a link which I did. They then said they hadn't received it so would I pay by bank transfer. They simply had no idea but eventually found the money had been paid and told me to ignore further requests. No apologies.
When I called was told their delivery team would confirm a delivery date by email by the end of the day. No email came.
So waited 2 days and called again. Again promised an email to arrange delivery. No email came so called again. Apologies apologies apologies - this company seem to thrive on apologies!!
On insisting that I was given a delivery date was given a date 2 weeks away. Unbelievable!!
So nearly 14 weeks later I still have no wardrobes.
They are a company to avoid.

JUST POOR AND FAR FROM HONEST.

THE COMMUNICATE WELL AND TELL YOU HOW MANY TIME THEY LET YOU DOWN. THEY WILL SAY SORRY AS MANY TIMES AS IT TAKES.

A COMPANY WITH ALL THE GOOD TALK BUT NO REAL SPIRIT FOR GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.....

SECOND ITEM IM STILL WAITING.... AND KEEP SENDING EMAILS TO HOW LATE ITS GOING TO BE. ITS NOT OK JUST BECAUSE YOU SEND US EMAILS TO TELL US.

This company also believes that they have a right to withhold your refund from you.

Well recently I was in touch with this company as the chairs are not comfortable to sit on at all and they were able to send out someone (engineer) who reviewed the chairs. He was able to write a report stating that there was no manufacturing damages. However, I already told them that the chairs are not comfortable and would like a refund. Instead, they have denied this and these chairs not even over 7 months old. I am taking them to the Ombudsman now to get back my money.

I am afraid my experience with CFS has been pretty shoddy.

My order was placed in early May with a lead time of 2 weeks. CFS emailed me twice with a "we have tried to reach you but we left a voicemail"- however there were NO missed calls or voicemail on my phone.
Tried calling the centre, no response. When I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction (after a milder email I sent previously seemingly ignored)

I miraculously then get a missed call and a voicemail message from them saying they had tried to contact this number before and need to discuss my order.

They then tell me my order is due into their warehouse in mid August. The only reason I purchased from CFS in their first place is they said their product would be available for delivery in 2 weeks - other websites selling similar products had a lead time of 12 weeks). I express my annoyance at this politely -having already been rubbed up the wrong way about being lied to about being contacted. I was told that I was WRONG that delivery time was stated at 2 weeks and it was actually 12 weeks and they tell me thanks for my understanding and put the phone down!

I appreciate there will be delays during this time and honestly I would be happy to wait but I do not like
how they have handled this and would appreciate they were upfront about delays (like other companies) and not tell me I was mistaken about the outlined wait time) but I will be looking to cancel my order if possible due to this overall service and if I cant cancel, will 100% not be buying from CFS again.

Terrible , I'm still waiting on parts for incomplete furniture. Not put yourself through the stress of dealing with incompetence.

Excellent customer service ,great product received there was a long delay in delivery but you can't judge in the covid situation.
Any problems they dealt with straight away.
I love my table and would highly recommend.

Ho ordinato una confezione di aghi perché mi devo fare insulina e dopo 2 settimane ovviamente gli ho contattati e praticamente mi hanno detto che devo aspettare un’altra settimana,dopo una settimana mi chiamano per dirmelo che il prodotto che lo ordinato non è in stock e mi ha se voglio il reso e ovviamente ho detto si,il problema è che ancora non ho ricevuto i soldi ,dopo quasi un mese ,sconsiglio!

Hi to everyone who looked after our order. We waited so long we’d forgotten what it was going to look like! But you kept us informed and we had a few telephone conversation along the way. We actually enjoyed being patient and looked forward to the delivery which took place today. We’re thrilled to bits with it. Your delivery team put it inside the hall and we’ve now unpacked our lovely new sideboard and it looks great. Superb fantastic finish and build quality.

In a world when people want everything in a instant (including ourselves sometimes!) it was well worth the wait.

Well done.

I'm giving 4 stars only because I had to cancel my order. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. I ordered 2 bedside cabinets in September which was due to arrive on the 5th November. I received an email 2 days before delivery saying that it would now arrive on the 4th December. A few days after the email I replied to their email explaining that I would need them before Christmas. They contacted me via telephone a couple of hours later explaining that they have received an update from Germany saying that it would now be delivered on the 14th December. Due to waiting so long I decided to cancel the order. Since then I received a full refund. They were very polite and apologetic regarding the item. Its a shame I didn't manage to receive the item but they were very helpful otherwise.

We initially purchased a dressing table , two bedside tables and a large chest of draws back in April which for obvious reasons took a while to be delivered , we had a problem with delivery as the day that was allocated I couldn't do as I was back in work, CFS gave me a choice of dates but said it would be curb side delivery which was totally unacceptable as itsnheavy furniture which I could not have moved on my own , anyway after a lot of complaining it was delivered in doors.
I emailed customer services on Monday because the varnish on the dressing table has started to come off and look patchy which is pretty poor after only a few months . I have heard nothing back what so ever which I have to say is pretty normal for this company, the customer service once they have your money is very poor ....would I buy off them again NO I wouldn't.

I am very happy with the service I received, from ordering through to delivery. The coffee table I ordered is just what I was looking for and was sold at a competitive price.
I was contacted the day before delivery by the driver who gave me an ETA. I was contacted again when they were 15 minutes away. The delivery team had no trouble finding my address and were really helpful and cheerful. A big thank you to these two, they were brilliant

Da anni sono cliente di questo negozio online e mi sono sempre trovata bene. La merce è corrispondente alla descrizione, la comunicazione veloce e cortese, i prezzi nella media.

1. The delivery man called me 20 mins before he arrived – great, except I didn’t even know he was coming! No promised call from the logistics company. I had to dash home.
2. He called me 4 times complaining of my location, if the logistics company had called I could have given him instruction
3. He refused to deliver as he felt the road was too narrow for his lorry and was going to leave – with my cupboard unless I could send a car for it, fortunately a local friend turned up and used his van to bring the cupboard to my home and carried it in.
4. The cupboard looks like it has mould on it, I have been trying to clean for an hour!
5. The knobs on the drawer are just held on with a basic screw
6. The cupboards won't stay closed as they are fitted badly and hang open

All in all not worth the money and a very disappointing shopping experience.

Absolutely disgusted with this firm .. sat in all day waiting in delivery .. phoned at 5pm to ask if it’s on it way . We were told it was and delivery was until 6pm .. they were contacting driver and phoning us back .. no phone back . No delivery .. what a waste of a day .. why do companies like this think this is exceptable

Ho fatto un ordine di una borsa easyred, scelta tramite foto, mi serviva con i tasconi laterali, di media grandezza. Avevo fatto l'ordine per averla in 4 giorni dato che
Mi serviva a breve termine. La borsa è arrivata 10 giorni dopo nonostante le mie telefonate in cui mi rassicuravano che se ne sarebbero occupato personalmente. Mi hanno detto che la forbice che avevo ordinato con la borsa non era in magazzino. Per questo il ritardo. Ed ho ho detto di toglierla. Mi t stato risposto "certo, come desidera". Oggi apro il pacco dopo 10 giorni e non solo c'erano le forbici che avevo chiesto di togliere per velocizzare i tempi ma sopratutto la borsa era un'altra!!! Quella piccola che avevo scartato in una sanitaria e in altri mille siti. Mi domando come potete lavorare in questo modo. Ridicoli

Sedia robusta, maneggevole e abbastanza bassa di seduta da permettere
all'invalido di spostarsi autonomamente in casa, arrancando poggiando in
successione i piedi.
La certezza della stabilità della sedia da sicurezza contro possibili cadute dell'utente anche in manovre azzardate.
Se i manubri fossero orientabili, per evitare in retromarcia che spingano
sulle bussole delle porte di casa con la possibilità di romperle e relativi
incidenti, sarebbe stata Ottima.
