Never use this agency. Their phone announcements promise everything while in reality they cannot offer half the services needed: My husband needs PT, and they don't offer it. He was prescribed speech therapy, and I had to fight with them to make it happen because they simply ignored doctor's orders. They claim he is diabetic (which he never was, and is not, and I have the lab numbers to prove it) - I guess just to send a nurse every day and check his blood sugar, completely unnecessarily, and to make extra money???? Assessment nurse promised to come back next day, and never did, did not even respond to multiple calls. Telephone service is totally rude and arrogant. Major bad experience.

Terrible customer support and service. Mail order for Rx was not processed until 12 days after Rx refill request. Have tried to pay the amount due online but website keeps stating cannot process payment. They have wasted my time.

Customer service is agonizingly slow- every call (4, so far) has taken anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour, and they offer zero resolutions, only empty apologies. A complete waste of time. Don’t bother asking for an escalation, no manager will call.

You are lucky if you get any shipping or tracking notifications, and “fast” shipping is a lie. They are ALWAYS delayed, and even when they charge for expediting, delivery still takes 10 days. I currently have an order en route that is late!

Going forward, I will pick up the medication myself, at a local pharmacy, even if I have to crawl there. Do not use this company to fulfill your prescriptions.

Know that they employ an outstanding LPN,her name is Heather opry and she is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough as well as compassionate and dependable.She has been an asset to my husbands health care needs since he left the hospital and we highly recommend her and appreciate her expertise!

Jesus, the nurse who has assisted, has been amazing. Top notch. The company however, is awful. They do not return calls or assist with the medical concerns we hired them for. The only time we can get help is when Jesus is available, otherwise they either ignore us completely, or respond telling us to deal with it, basically. Would not recommend. Exceptionally poor customer service and they do not preform the job they are paid to do.

The Centerwell branch in Liverpool NY is awful. I had major abdominal surgery in October 2025 and my physical therapy was taken away weeks ago. The head of physical therapy said it was my insurance. When I reached out to AARP United Healthcare I was told it was not true and that a prior authorization was needed. Someone is lying to me.

I called Centerwell back - spoke to them earlier today begging for a nurse to see me even though I already had a visit this week. I was having stomach pain and given that I still have an open surgical wound I thought that I should be seen. No nurse came. No call either.

So when I reached out to them again this afternoon I wasn't given an answer as to why I wasn't called. About the physical therapy, I was told that it stopped and that I wasn't making any progress but that's not what I was told at first. Which is it?

Stay far away from them if you can. I'm thinking about giving up on the nursing visits because these bastards don't know what they're doing. When this company was called Kindred some years ago, a relative told me that one of their nurses gave COVID to my elderly father.

Edit 6/4/26 - I received a phone call from one of Centerwell's nurses, who I was expecting today. She was over 30 minutes late and I thought she called to explain her lateness. I was told by her over the phone that I was discharged. No written warning as required by LAW. I am currently undergoing treatment for a leg wound with Augmentin and I still have an open wound from my surgery of over 6 months ago. I will report them to Medicare. They claimed it was because I haven't seen my surgeon in awhile but I stopped seeing her because of a billing dispute with her hospital. This is so cruel and unfair. I want to speak with an attorney too. Stay away from these people.

My husband and I are rising above the challenges of navigating the healthcare system in the Gulf Coast, fueled by unwavering determination to find a solution that truly empowers us. After navigating complexities with Singing River and Memorial, our hopes were high that Dr. Sanford's exceptional care at Centerwell would mark a triumphant turning point. Though the staff's attitude didn't quite align with our expectations. Because of my husband's experience his 96-year-old aunt and I were especially eager for a positive experience. Despite Dr. Sanford's outstanding care, the staff's lack of compassion was disheartening. It took over a month to schedule an appointment for his aunt, and when we arrived 10 minutes late coming from Gautier to Biloxi, we were told to reschedule without any understanding. When I asked to speak to Dr. Sanford or his nurse Brittany, I was informed they were unavailable to speak to us and it was she who said we had to reschedule. If she instructs her staff to be the liason for her is very uncomfortable and hard to believe that a Doctor
would do that. Instead someone else name Ann was sent to address our concerns, but her tone was dismissive. Another woman behind the desk interjected into the conversation with an disrespectful and unacceptable attitude towards my husband. Given these challenges, Centerwell lost three patients and we will not recommend that facilty.

I had a total knee replacement and I was out of the Aiken branch and assigned Craig and Courtney. I can't say enough of these two employees. They were so kind to explain the entire process and what I should be doing to recover to my fullest potential. Courtney is the one who came weekly. I hope CenterWell knows what they have in these two employees, and I hope they know about this review because I really appreciate them both.

The therapist was an aide not an actual physical therapist. She prodded me and tripped me (in the interest of safety) while walking. Hecercisrz were minimal and she came later than the time which was very inconvenient for and had said before. Each time was not good.

I changed my health care from a PA to Dr. Munoz as my PCP several months ago. Didn't have any issues with my PA just wanted a PCP. I am diabetic and Dr Munoz changed my medication immediately after becoming my PCP. Had blood work done and my a1c was 13.2. We discussed lifestyle changes and made medication adjustments. Although I know she had other patients to see, she always listens to my concerns. Several weeks later on 5/5 after having my blood work done, my a1c is 6.5, Dr Munoz saved my life!!! THANK YOU Dr Munoz, I sincerely appreciate you and nurse Casey, you ladies are the best!!!

If you're looking for a PCP, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Munoz.

Nurses are so professional and caring. They treat patients with dignity and respect.

Nurses always share what they are doing,why they are doing it. They take time to answer questions and never rush through the appointment.
Nurses call the day before to set up time.

I have ordered on line three times. Every time I received items I didn't order and didn't get the items that I did. Last time I got charged for something that was supposed to be free. The package arrived, but someone stole it from my porch, they would not give me a refund. But stated that they would send it again and see if my copay will cover it. Never again.

I've done one and only one order. 2 weeks and no medication has arrived. The website is almost completely non-functional. Links lead to irrelevant pages or time out. Links to help don't work, nor do links to live chat. It's a fail in every category. I didn't bother trying to call because I'm sure that experience would a waste of time just like the website.

Am a locally owned medical product supplier. Centerwell El Paso has not paid its bills in 8 months. Local administrators are sent the invoices and forward them to the corporate office. Local administrator do not pay the bills only forward the information. The are not allowed to provide me a name, telephone number or email address to the corporate accounts payable department. Tracking down someone to speak/email to is next to impossible. What does this imply about the operations?

Rolla, MO - WORST RUN & STAFFED HOME HEALTH AGENCY! You are better off being the therapist for your loved one who desperately needs essential therapy! (1) Advertise Speech/Swallow Therapist BUT they DO NOT have one! So if you need Speech Therapist use a different Home Health Agency! (2) They can’t figure out their schedules, patient load, travel time in advance to give you appointment times & dates and repeatedly, even when asked to NOT CALL after 6:30pm, call as late as 8-8:30pm to schedule therapy the next day with a 2 HOUR Window of when the will arrive - if you’re lucky! (3) employees untrained or unskilled and incompetent therapists who spend most of “their therapy time for patient” on the smallest “charting tablet” I have ever seen! Spending less than 15-20 minutes actually doing therapy exercises!!! That is NOT what Medicare deems as a therapy session! Therapists who don’t have the knowledge instructing patient how to do something (ie how to use an incentive spirometer) SMH! Therapist who comes to appointment for your life’s one so tied, exhausted and unprepared that they can’t figure out what to do or how to do it AND CAN NOT even manage or transfer client, relying on client family member to do their job! (4) Allowing Staff Therapist to tell client, as they are departing, that they will be discharged due to a normal appointment for their medical care, BUT will AUTOMATICALLY BE READMITTED after the appointment (ludicrous & totally without foundation) and that client will be contacted that day for scheduled therapy sessions AND NO ONE FOLLOWS THROUGH so client is left without therapy until their caretaker ends up calling, getting the run around, constantly interrupted before sentence is finished - CONSTANTLY- AND HUNG UP ON!!! — That’s really professional of a Company!! (5) Discharging client without paperwork, proper client records reporting, and without “AUTOMATICALLY RE-INSTATING THEM” as stated to client! (6) Does Not have adequate therapist staff for the numbers of clients they have accepted. (7) Client NEVER receives call or meets Therapy Supervisors. (8) Client went 2 weeks without therapist and never got an explanation or an apology.
Centerwell was a nightmare!! DO NOT USE!! (9) Therapists complain about the distance they have to drive to client, stating that is why they spend less than 30 minutes on therapy! ?WTH?

Stop being idiots and keep the ones you have that are experianced. stop lying to the clients these people are suppose to call to make sure it's okay to come out and they DON'T They cannot call I don't want them here. Physical therapy most are awsome/ most nurses awsome/ new people HELL NO

Two 30 minute phone calls today - only to be told that I cannot order an override for my cancer meds today. i have to call back in 10 days, order May, once that is delivered, I can then call back and wait another hour on the phone for my June order. that will be three hours - sure with there was another option for this medication. Such poor service.

Center well health doesn't have enough employees for patients. Have used them in past but this time has been terrible

The scheduling coordinators and director at the Urbandale, IA location are horrible! They need some additional training in interpersonal skills, communication, professional conduct, and problem resolution. I'm trying to help my dependent and vulnerable parents navigate the numerous appointments and every time I've called with concerns or questions, they are reluctant to help and just say we'll make a note of it. They never call and confirm details with me even though I've asked them too since my parents have memory problems. They tell me to call them, so I do, but then I get rudely talked over. My mother fell twice and was left alone for over 45 minutes twice. I reported my concerns about the family member who did this, and they didn't report it to DHS nor offer hardly any assistance. The therapists have been great to my parents but the office workers make this stressful situation that I am new to even more unbearable.

The absolute worse experience ever.
Cannot get prescriptions filled. Will not fill prescriptions that my primary care doctor ordered. Will hold ALL of my prescriptions because they disagree with one of the medications.
Cannot get ANY help on the chat line. Try calling and your on hold 30 minutes or more only to have no resolution to your issues.
I did not think it was at all possible that any PMB could be worse than Express Scripts, but this one is.
The Medicare prescription drug plan may be low cost, but you get practically nothing at all.
