We're sorry to hear you were disappointed.
The item you purchased was through eBay. Once you contacted us regarding the issue, we asked you to return the item for a full refund in line with eBay's returns process. You returned the item, and we issued a full refund upon receipt.
We always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and in accordance with eBay's policies. If there's anything further you'd like to discuss, please feel free to contact us.
Terrible Customer Service
I made a purchase from the online store in error, and emailed them on the 31/05/2026 (2 days after it was delivered) as this is the only option to request a refund. Their returns policy only has a 14 day window, and it has now been a week that I have not heard back from them. Their telephone line also doesn’t connect to anyone. I have emailed them again today (06/06/2026)- let’s see if I get a response.
