We were referred to use Charles Cameron by my company. It was delightful process from start to finish. Huge shout out to Charlotte Chidley and Harvey Franklin for explaining the whole nuances of getting a mortgage. The rates were coming down and Charlotte was very quick to notify us of any changes. Charlotte explained to us the different rate changes and the fixed rate lenghts and how they differ. Overall an exceptional job! Thanks again!

Laura Baglin at Charles Cameron was an incredible support in purchasing our first home, going above and beyond any brokering service, all the way up to counseling and personal advice! She not only was efficient in dealing with estate agents/unresponsive solicitors and securing the best mortgage deals to accommodate our needs, but laid out possible strategies to mitigate risk and protect our interests in what can at times be a brutal sellers market in London.

I’m sorry to say this but I’m utterly disappointed. Started so well when dealt with Dean UNTIL I started doing all the chasing, no email replies, no callbacks as promised (allowed a week or so).
Was advised my current mortgage with Halifax would only lend me up to £120k max and we needed more. Spoke to Halifax mortgages directly and got a guaranteed AIP of £146k.
I’ve used another mortgage advisor in the past and they had everything sorted for our first mortgage in the same week, no messing about.
It’s now been over 3 weeks and still no results from this firm.
I’ll never use these again and I want all my data provided, wiped.

Nick Campbell was a fantastic mortgage broker. He met with me early in my mortgage journey and helped me work out what I could afford, factoring in my immigration status. It was a bit of an extended time period from initial scoping to actually putting in an offer, but he was there throughout for advice and support.

Once I put in an offer, Nancy and later Zac were really helpful in following up with my solicitor and trying to get the transaction across the line.

The overall experience working with Charles Cameron was excellent. They helped us getting out first mortgage few years back and also with our remortgage process. Will and Kourtney were very efficient, friendly and approachable and they kept us updated throughout the process. Any questions we had were easily answered either via email/phone or by scheduling a call. With their help, we managed to lock a great deal with a new mortgage lender, which helped us immensely considering current high interest rates.
