As first time buyers, we were nervous about the mortgage process as we had no idea what we were doing. Sergey and Ela helped us through the process and couldn't have been more helpful. They replied within a couple of hours every time and kept in regular contact with us. We felt supported and as though Sergey had our best interests in mind when choosing mortgage options.

Stephen and Mohammed also helped us with our life insurance, which similarly was a seamless process and everything was explained to us when needed very helpfully.

Highly recommended from us, we had only previously heard horror stories about advisors not replying for weeks, so it made the buying process smooth and much more stress-free.

We have used Aaron as the broker and sherry his admin as our main points of contact, we had quite a complex mortgage application for first time buyers and Aaron guided me through every step, gave updates when they could and managed to get us an offer after a couple of weeks of back and forth with the lender, he listened and took notes and understood the situation so he was able to get our detail across to the underwriter efficiently and effectively, would recommend anyone to use them, portal is easy to use and the other products are honest advice not pushy sales and don’t try to convert you if you say no. Brilliant service all round

Daniel (mortgage adviser), Troy and Alexandre (life insurance and home insurance) have been so so helpful, patient and kind.
I particularly cannot thank Daniel enough. I am a foreigner and while I already went through the buying process in France, I was totally lost about it here. He took the time to explain me everything, to give me his point of view on some potential acquisitions, etc.
The lender did a huge mistake very closed to completion time. CCA went over and beyond, including working on weekend, to have the lender fixing it so I don’t lose money.
I recommend CCA to everyone I know who is starting their buying process.

Exceptional service from Tom Cleary with support from Hannah Webb. They have been extremely responsive, professional and have achieved excellent rates for me on two occasions. I would certainly recommend them.

Things started out well as the advisor we spoke to was very friendly and helpful in our initial call. However, there was no follow-up afterwards, and we had to chase for three weeks just to get set up on the company's portal so we could upload documents. After that, we had to chase for another three weeks to get an agreement in principle, and only got a response after threatening to go to another broker. Considering it took six weeks and very aggressive chasing just to get an agreement in principle, we didn't have confidence that our mortgage application would be processed promptly once we found a property, so we decided to move to another broker.

Trishul Shah and Charlie Crimmen have both been exceptional!
Trishul has provided support and updates on all the steps in a very professional way, and honestly I cannot recommend him enough.
